An excellent, rapid personnel response, a rapid situation analysis and an appropriate deployment of remediation equipment for a washing machine water overflow from the 2nd floor Unit above mine into an area of my kitchen and basement below.

The Serv Pro team was very quick and professional when it came to mitigating and containing flooding in our restaurant. The team lead by Jon Marciniak in general did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, responsible and detailed contractor for disaster relief. Jon himself was fantastic at updating me and communicating through the process. They did their best to adhere to the needs of our business working outside of our operating hours in order to help us keep the business open. Shout out to the rest of the crew too: Jose, Reggie Lois, Carlos, Adrian and Abner. I hope I don’t have to call them again in the future but if I need to, I know we’ll be in good hands. Thanks again to the entire team!

I was in such a panic when my mother’s water tank exploded and flooded the whole first floor of her house I called servepro and from the beginning they made everything stress free and easy. They have been super professional and so helpful answering every phone call and every question I have. I had a flooding emergency in my basement and called ServPro. Everyone involved in this process was professional, skilled and were all nice people! Special shout-outs to Caroline, who stepped me through every part of the process, and Connor, Ryan and the 1st 2 guys to show up (don’t remember names, I was prob in shock w the flooding!)

I am happy to share my experience about one of ServPro,s extremely qualified Mold mitigation and Demo teams. Alvaro Garcia and Javier Asencio arrived at my home on time ( which is rare these days )and were very knowledgable and efficient about their work. What impressed me the most was the extra care they took taping off rooms from the work area, covering exposed hard wood flooring and stair case from the excessive dust and grit that could occur during the demo process. Not a spec of dust or debris was left behind after their daily clean up.
I am happy to have met these gentlemen and ServPro is lucky to have them on their team.

I’m a property manager for a high-rise apartment building in Boston’s Back Bay, and during my first week at this new property, I got the call you never want: a burst pipe on the 6th floor with flooding all the way down to the underground garage — on Christmas weekend at 9:30 PM.

As my on-call team and I were heading to the property, we contacted SERVPRO along with our plumber. Within minutes, I received a call from the Area Director, Jonathan, who let me know they were already on their way and immediately walked me through water shut-off steps and next actions.

Within 30 minutes, Jonathan and his crew were on site. Without hesitation, they began setting up water extraction while Jonathan and I walked the building floor by floor to assess damage and determine next steps. Honestly, it felt like watching a commercial — the professionalism, coordination, and speed were incredible.

What could have been total chaos became a controlled, organized response. We had flooding in over 24 units plus common areas, and Jonathan’s team — Jeff, Jose, and the entire crew — got straight to work. When they say “Like it never happened,” they mean it.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I even requested additional reporting (spreadsheets to track unit status and progress), and they delivered without hesitation. Thank you, Julie!

It was a terrible situation — but an outstanding experience thanks to SERVPRO. Thank you to Jonathan and the entire team. You truly are the GOAT when it comes to unanticipated disasters.
