Jonathan was an ultimate professional and was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process. He took time to answer questions and make us comfortable about the water damage (we had a one week old in the house!) Sam and Julian did great work and were quick to mitigate the mold risk we had and left our place clean and ready for the repair work to start. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience with ServPro. As a new home owner I was clueless but Johnathan made the whole process less stressful by being communicative and honest. Esteban and Francisco completed the work quickly and efficiently. Especially appreciated leaving my house clean after they finished up. Would definitely recommend!

SERVPRO to the rescue! When my hot water heater erupted on Sunday of a three-day weekend, Project Manager Jonathan and his crew of Hector and Juan were there in a flash. They took great care with my personal belongings. Hector and Juan moved items with thoughtfulness and concern. Items weren't just "stuff" to get out of the way...they treated them as if they were their own. On Wednesday, Jonathan returned and continued to oversee the project with Ishmael and Franklin who worked as a team to remove the blowers and dehumidifiers only after confirming there was no water damage to the walls and they were completely dry. I'm grateful to SERVPRO and their teams of experts. What a horrible way to meet such wonderful professionals.

We were assigned a ServPro project manager through a recent insurance claim. We were very impressed with how quickly Jonathan reached out and made himself available. He quickly organized what needed to happen with some water issues. Very quickly he had an environmental tester on site. Testing was done in 24 hours when Jonathan then had his crew on site. His crew of Reggie and Juan were extremely polite and really worked to keep the house clean! Overall, we were VERY pleased with the work. Jonathan also has followed up to ensure all is in order.

Jonathan was an amazing project manager. His responsiveness was hugely important to us and he exceeded expectations. Ishmael and Odalis were on the emergency dispatch crew and were at our house very quickly which was incredible given that we were facing water damage from an overflowed bathtub in the apartment above us. They assessed the situation quickly and got to work. Julian and Sam did and excellent job completing the repair work and all was done within a week and over a holiday weekend!

Alex and his crew were very polite, accommodating and efficient on the job at my mom's after a sewer line backup, and everyone at the ServPro office was super nice and helpful. Good experience :).

Jonathan and his team did such a great job on removing the mold and water damaged portions of my home from a ruptured water pipe and in a timely manner. I work Monday through Friday and he was able to work around my time allowing me to not miss a ton of time at work. His team is very efficient and I could not have asked for a more helpful team of individuals. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and gets what they need. He explains everything that needs to be done and makes sure that you are happy. Do not hesitate to call them for help.

Mike Monsanto and his painting crew were incredibly helpful during the mishap we suffered at our home. They painted the entire inside of our house and offered tremendous assistance throughout the whole process. They were attentive to detail, worked closely with us and helped to make an unpleasant situation tolerable. The crew was very accommodating, most pleasant, very, very detailed-oriented and did an excellent job with our entire home. They went out of their way to help us. They take pride in their work and I would not hesitate to call of them again. Thank you for all your help.

We had extensive water damage in our condo unit and contacted Servpro of Boston. We engaged them for both the mitigation/demolition and reconstruction. They were terrific. High quality work and great communications. Andrew Shefferman and Jonathan Marciniak ushered the mitigation work and made things as easy as possible for us. Mike Monsanto was always on top of the reconstruction, always pleasant and earnest. He continued support after the job was completed and paid for as we dealt with a dispute with the condo association over reimbursement. As he didn’t have to take that extra time with us, it spoke very highly of him and his company that he did. Andrew, Jonathan and Mike all seemed to care a lot about delivering superior service. And the results were excellent.

SERPRO handled our water mitigation and drying out process after we had water damage in our kitchen. The whole team was great. They explained the whole process, answered all of our questions and made a stressful situation easier. We’ll be using them for our rebuild!

This Servpro team did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job. From Joe, the owner, to Jonathan, the director, to Jose and Carlos, the site supervisors, our experience was superb!
We experienced a hurricane flood in our Florida condominium building. All 4 first floor units were flooded. Since I am president of our HOA, I spoke with Joe the day after the storm. He had his team, led by Jonathan, on site the next day! They immediately began the assessment and mitigation process. The entire team was professional, efficient, and worked very well with our Board of Directors and each of our unit owners. They handled every special request we had, promptly and professionally. Within a few days, they had all of the damaged areas removed, and the cleanup complete. Within a week of the storm we had our insurance adjuster assess the damage, and she was very impressed with the quality of the mitigation, and more impressed with the speed. She said many damaged buildings in the area were just getting mitigation crews started, and we were already done!!!
Joe, the owner answered every call. Jonathan, the director, answered every call, text and email. Jose and Carlos, the on site managers, stopped and addressed every question and concern we had, and directed their team accordingly.

This is truly an example of the way a company should be run, and how disaster mitigation should be completed.

If we ever need disaster mitigation again, my first move would be to call Joe and Jonathan. period.

I highly recommend Servpro of Boston (even though we are down in Florida) for ANY mitigation needs. You will not be disappointed. 10 out of 5 stars!

Would definitely recommend. Crew sent was great. After a 2nd floor laundry leak - needed testing, mitigation and ultimately demolition of ceilings walls and floors Crew was very courteous, kept us abreast of everything they were doing then made sure that all areas were cleaned throughly upon completion.

My water heater leaked and flooded my first floor. Servpro came and gave me an overview and assessment. I followed their recommendations and am so happy I did. The drying out process was thorough and effective, and the people doing the work were dependable and competent. The next step is restoration. I’ll update when it’s complete.

I had a horrific flood from a problem in my kitchen that flooded my garage. I had just completed an expensive deck renovation and felt completely overwhelmed emotionally and financially. I reached out to Servpro in Boston and Caroline took my somewhat frantic call. The next day I had a visit from Connor. I work in a service business, as well, so my expectations are always high. Connor certainly did not disappoint. He immediately took me through the process, guided me with next steps, and treated me with respect and compassion. My free time is so limited, but he was so outstanding, I needed to post this review. He always took my calls, never acted bothered, and deserves a ton of shout outs!! Thank you Caroline and Connor!!

They have been outstanding in helping with a water leak into my condo unit from the unit above. Andrew Shefferman, Project Manager, has been so kind and caring in the mitigation process and his crews—Andrew, Alvaro, Jose L, and Rick—did excellent work! Mike Monsanto, Reconstruction Project Manager, reassured me about the damage and it can be fixed. When I first called for help and assistance, Caroline answered and was a calm and caring voice on the phone. I have found everyone to truly care!

We had an unexpected incident at my brother’s condo that necessitated a major sanitation cleanup. Servpro came in with a crew and they restored the property to its previous pristine condition. Everyone I dealt with at Servpro of Boston was professional, efficient and extremely nice. I highly recommend them!

Workers were outstanding, esp Bernard who coordinated everything . Showed true leadership qualities and was professional and a pleasure to work with . Would definitely recommend your company due to employees like him…. Guy never stopped

The team was responsive and cleaned up our area well. Communication was not great and did not hear from them for a few days. Also felt they charged too much for the equipment for cleanup. It took a long time to understand the charge. But it was quoted to me as $2500 for the visit but they ended up charging close to $4k which included “equipment runtimes”. Took awhile to get that answered. But they said 2700 was attributed to the equipment and that was 3 days of runtime. It was not clear what I paid for and was more than expected. Actual work was less than two hours

Update: this is after numerous texts, emails, and calls. I could never get a straight response on what I was billed for. The number I was given amounts to over $400 a day for “equipment use”

Recommend highly - cleaned and power washed an old dirty unfinished basement that had not been touched in over 30 years. A real mess. Servpro did a great job. Careful walk through with explanation on how job would be done. Received detailed and reasonable estimate for a crew to come in for two full days. On time, considerate, professional and very hard workers. I could not be happier with the results. Really thorough. Every square inch. Also had them spray a bathroom ceiling for surface mold. They deserve the 5 stars I gave them !

Servpro of Boston was very responsive and prompt. The workmen were very courteous and they did a great job with the cleaning. They addressed all the issues and left the apartment sparkling clean. I would recommend Servpro for biohazard cleaning needs.
