Would not recommend this company, very unprofessional on the phone and cannot seem to schedule anyone to help me with my project. Use someone else!

In response to the owners reply, your company needs to work on its professionalism on the phone and in the field. I called multiple times in the week to schedule your tech and was told they would call me back later in the day to schedule (never happened) Also your tech never went back on site (I spoke with him on the phone and he said that he wasn't going to make it out because he didn't have the correct equipment and didn't want to waste the trip (which he had notes from your last visit that states what he should need so why didn't he have the correct equipment?), so how was he even able to determine that he couldn't find the man hole? This literally was going to be the easiest job for your company because they already did it last year.

I had a sewage backup this July on a very hot day. I called two companies who were closer than Wayne's. They said they were 1 and 2 days out. Wayne's was there within two hours. They could not have been more thorough and professional. The technician cleared the line and stayed until he was sure there were no more issues. They solved what would have been a huge problem.

Top notch service, professionalism and courtesy. These guys came through for me during the holidays when I had an emergency sewer situation happening at my house. Cant thank Wayne and his crew enough for how they responded to the issue and worked with the contractor in helping solve the problem at hand. A++++

Very happy with the service and advice from Max . He showed up on time with all the equipment necessary to work on our driveway drain. Max provided me with a very professional explanation of what has been occurring with the drain line and dry well. He also offered some good suggestions on how to upgrade and improve with a second dry well. I would suggest you use Wayne's Drains for any drain stoppage needs. WELL DONE MAX - MANY THANKS!

Despite what they say on their website, they DO NOT provide emergency 24/7 services. Called around 3 pm today for a severely clogged dishwasher drain and asked if they can come and check it ASAP. Heard back that the earliest they can come is Friday morning, which is in two days from now. Tried to explain our situation (we are traveling for the Thanksgiving break) - to no avail. I booked the appointment anyway, but was able to find someone who can come before Friday. Called back to cancel - as of 4:45 pm, nobody answers the phone.
Bottom line: sloppy customer service, misleading information on the website. So sad that such irresponsible businesses survive and thrive at the expense of people in need.

My mother's house had the main drain clogged up. I called a big name company that we used in the past. They showed up, but couldn't unclog the pipe. They said a second employee had to come out the next day or the day after. I called Wayne's drain. A lady took down my information and within the hour Nelson showed up and unclogged the pipe in less than an hour. He was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely use this company and I would recommend it to others.

Great Service, Great prices. Look no farther. I am a contractor and a landlord who has owned over 1000 apartments, and I know my Shiit.

I called Waynes drains and a real person answered the phone. They knew what they were talking about. They sent a very talented technician out in two hours. They fixed the problem (a big one) no problem. They charged 1/3 of what other reputable drain cleaners charge and probably 1/5 of the "Roto-Reamers" that saturate advertising. I would give them an A for any one of these business performance metrics.

I honestly don't know how they could run their business any better. Really extraordinary in time when most companies are trying to figure out how to take your money and have a computer hang up on you. Waynes Drains has great customer service.

This team should be very proud of themselves.

I had something stuck in the toilet and even the camera i had asked for couldn't see what was there. Wayne's drains got it out with in 2 hours

Remarkable experience.

I called and my call was answered on the first ring, the receptionist started calling her crew to get someone to me ASAP. It wasn't even a major issue. Wayne Jr came right out (25 minutes after the call) and was able to fix the issue within an hour. All of this on a Monday! HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Wayne's Drains is amazing! We called them at 8:22p, they came, fixed the problem and walked out the door at 9:32p. So professional, quick, honest, fair pricing, and they left the area cleaner than they found it. Shout out to Wayne H and his team. They made a potentially stressful time so easy! We highly recommend them!

They came out and used a lighter auger than they should have and didn't snake far enough, despite my advice. The drain clogged up again within the 30-day warranty. The person I spoke to about it said they would come out and fix it at no additional charge because it was covered by the 30-day warranty. But then we still got a bill for $295 afterwards. Had to go back and forth with their admin and they eventually removed the charge.

2 years later we received an invoice for the same $295 bill. 2 years later! That seems sketchy to me. I don't know if they're intentionally trying to get money out of old customers or they're just disorganized, but either way, not going back to this company.

This Company deserves zero stars they never show up when they say they’re gonna and then when they show up they bail on 1 million square-foot commercial business and then they say they don’t care if we discontinue using their services any longer pretty shitty way to run a business I wouldn’t use these guys if they were the last drain cleaners on earth.

Wayne's Drains has "saved us" twice at my office and once at my house. The techs have been able to handle all problems smoothly and cleanly. The 30 day guarantee should tell you this company will solve your problem.

Having a main drain blockage can be stressful in a active house. Called Wayne’s and the young lady was great answering my questions and sending a technician out late afternoon. Expecting a 2 hour wait 20 minutes later Tom and Dave were knocking on the door! They were very pleasant and got the job done explaining the process. Cleaned up and back in business. Wayne's is an amazing company! Called up and they had Gregg out within the hour, he worked diligently and quickly to clear out 2 clogged kitchen sink drain lines. Professional, helpful, gave great advice on other drain questions. 100% would recommend!

RE: 2/15/21 Garbage Disposal-Service Call Compliment. Carl showed up in 10- minutes, had the repair tool on the truck, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in 1 hour. I had an emergency over the weekend. The main sewer pipe connected to my house was backing up. I called my plumber Freiner Plumbing which they contacted Wayne’s Drains. I found out that my large bushes and tree near the side walk, their roots sneaked inside the pipe’s bolts for water which caused the pipe to clog back into my house. Thankfully they solved the problem in one hour. I highly recommend Wayne’s Drains. I added a pic you can see on top the pile of roots.

This is the second time Wayne's Drain has been to my home due to a basement bathroom. They were efficient and friendly the first time.

Horrible service by horrible technicians. Called them over for annual septic tank inspection we had Mark come over. He told us that we needed to call a plumber to get “access”. We called the the plumber and tried to explain but he could not understand. We asked Mark to explain the situation and he said he needed to leave and did not have time to talk to plumber. All we wanted was him to explain the situation to plumber so that we can fix it but he just drove away. Extremely disappointed. Will recommend every one to stay away.

I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. I called them at 8 a.m. with a drain issue that another company was unable to resolve. They arrived at my house at 11:30, and the technician Nick had everything fixed and working properly within an hour. Then to top it off, the price I was charged was very reasonable. Usually you can only get two out of the three important things: speed, price, and quality. With them I feel I got all three.
