Wayne’s came out at 11pm to fix our drain emergency when the big name company said they would come and cancelled on us at the end of their 4 hour arrival window. We had water actively pouring into our bathroom for 4 hours while we waited for the other guy. Wayne’s sent us a tech right away. Glad we called them.

I had a drain clog they were prompt, professional took care of the problem and cleaned up before they left. I have root issues and have used Wayne's drains before and continue to be happy with their service. I highly recommend.

Excellent same day service for a kitchen sink backup. Wayne is friendly and accommodating and was here promptly at the scheduled time! Highly recommend

Unfortunately we have had to Call Wayne's Drains on a couple of occasions but fortunately we had a wonderful experience. Thom Paw is so professional and very reassuring. He made a difficult situation bearable all with a warm smile! I would highly reccommend them and their response time is excellent!

My landlord has a property manager who is on top of her game. I contacted her late afternoon on Christmas Day. She got Wayne Drain on it...Mike the tech they sent out was very polite and an engaging conversation while he did his work. Would recommend to my friends

We called last week after a drain backed up and they came same day within a few hours to snake and fix our problem. Great customer service and a reasonable price.

Then over the weekend our drain backed up again and when called they came out again (next day since it wasn't urgent and could wait) and snaked the line again at no additional charge since it was the same line (just was pushed further down). Great service again and we will definitely stay with this company for any future needs.

Wayne’s drains is the best! I called them on a Saturday because the shower in our downstairs bathroom was filled with dirty water and there was water on the basement floor. They answered right away. They said it was probably the main line drain. They told me the tech would be there in 90 minutes! They said the tech would call within half an hour. The tech called within half an hour and was at my house within the 90 minute time frame. He pulled out the toilet in the downstairs bathroom and snaked the drain. There is a big tree in our front yard that has roots that have caused problems one other time with this drain. Another company I used before recommended very expensive work to cut out the roots($1,000’s of dollars.) I did not do those repairs and this is only the second time in 15 years this has happened. When I asked the tech what I should do he said”Have it snaked out yearly.” So he did not recommend costly repairs. I felt he was honest and not just trying to make a buck. I will take his advice and have this snaked out yearly. He cleaned up the mess and recommended I spray with Lysol to kill the bacteria. He also recommended getting a box fan to dry things out to prevent mold growing. There was a sealant he fixed on the toilet and fixed the shower head so it would flow better. Reasonable price. Told me the price upfront. This is a bathroom we rarely use but I really appreciate all the care he took to make sure the problem was solved. Will definitely call next year for preventative care. Do not want a repeat of this. I have included photos. This company is reliable and honest. Tried calling a plumber and got voicemail. Without Wayne’s drains there would be no showers, laundry or ability to go to the bathroom all weekend. No water use of any kind without risking a flood. Wayne’s drains saved the day!

I often do NOT write reviews for any company I use. However, I am writing a review for Wayne's Drains because they were fabulous. I had an issue with my drain pipe going from my cellar to the street. Wayne's Drains came out quickly for the service call. The "technician" (if that is what they are called, name George came to the house. George arrived promptly at the time he said he would be there. I explained my situation to him and he went to work right away. He took his time, never stopped for a break and corrected the issue. When George was done, he took the time to explain to my what he did to correct the problem. He also told me what my next steps should be. George was extremely professional and courtesy. I can't say enough great things about him! Thank you George!!!!

Great company and they come and get the job done and are very knowledgeable about there business and what needs to be done. Their prices are good and they are reliable. I’ve had some small issues with my pump alarm and they always where there to

I walked in overwhelmed after doing quite a bit of internet research. Elena was patient and helpful, and I walked out with a much better idea of what I wanted. A few days later, she send me a comprehensive quote, including pictures, and she modified it when I had some additional requests. I purchased everything I needed for my bathroom renovation from this store, and enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who will listen to me.

We recently did major renovation of our master bath. Sean was our designer. Sean came to our house, took pictures, measurements and asked my husband and I what we wanted in the new design. I knew what I wanted but couldn't envision it because of prior layout. Well Sean's design was stunning. He truly has a gift and our master bath may now be the most beautiful room in the house. Couldn’t be more pleased with either the store / company or our salesperson Jae hall. No detail left unaddressed and the ultimate test was when things went sideways. A finishing piece was missing for our bathroom renovation and Jae contacted kohler on our behalf to deliver a replacement part asap. Jae always updated us on delivery timelines and suggested replacements / alternatives when our original plans changed. Prices are competitive so no premium applies when dealing with such a professional team. Every item shown / selected was coordinated and Jae helped us economize where appropriate ( reusing sink faucets so that the money could be reallocated to a floor based tub fill unit ). Despite other higher end products available, repairing kohler products makes it easier to invest in their fixtures without worrying about where to source parts in the future. In summary we recommend using Jae and kohler without hesitation

Great selection. Our salesperson, Jae Hall, was patient with our questions, knowledgable about product lines and respectful of our budget. No 'upsell'! Despite general supply chain challenges, Kohler had our items ready to ship much more quickly than anticipated.

Isaac was helpful, knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions in our bathroom designe. I would recommend him if you go to the Kohler Store in Burlington. He has been quick to return calls and provide info to our contractor as needed.

Jae Hall has been a huge help to my wife and I as we have navigated the remodel of our bathroom. She has provided excellent customer service and answered all of our questions throughout the process.

We worked with Steve P on our bathroom project, he was so helpful with helping us pick out the items we purchased. His response to emails is right away and worked great with the contractor we used for the deliveries to keep the project on time. I would recommend him for any of your home projects.

What sets this showroom apart from the others is their people. Specifically Elena. What drew me to her was her knowledge. I was looking for a smaller tub and she didn’t have one at the original time we met and she remembered and emailed me a few months later saying “now we have a smaller tub for when you need it.” To me that was incredible she remembered I needed something and the moment it was in she thought to let us know. I also was trying to find hardware to match one of the finishes we selected for the master bathroom plumbing fixtures and she sent over a bunch of lines to look at. I felt there was no limit for what she’d do for myself and my clients. On top of the knowledge she’s always sending over new products that she specifically thinks I’d see Value in for my clients. As a designer I couldn’t ask for a better designer to work with at this showroom.

Boy, did we happen onto a nearly perfect solution when we wandered into the Kohler store and were met by Ashley Sousa and her colleagues. We had a small bathroom in fairly dire need of renovation but also little experience or much time ourselves to figure out how to go about it. We knew about Kohler products and thought they could be a good line for us (good quality and design but not at the millionaire's end of the market!), which turned out to be true. What we had no idea about, though, was that the Kohler store also offered a design service that not only proved perfect for us but also amazingly affordable. Working off of photos of the old bathroom and a few dimensions, Ashley and the designers worked with us to think through all of our options, from tub, toilet and sink, to faucets, lights, mirrors and accessories, to 2 small custom cabinets, to floor tiles and 2 types wall tiles, to paint colors. There was no hard sell of anything. They were fair and reasonable, promoting some of their specialized stuff (as one should expect them to do) but also appreciating when we weren't interested in going overboard, and then helping us keep the total project cost down. When we had made all the decisions, they produced a printed design plan with elevation and floor plans (and even an animation) for us to visualize what was going to result, make adjustments, and then to hand it over to our contractor to finish the job with almost no outstanding issues to resolve. There were minor complications with the store here and there, but honestly a few tiny miscommunications are inevitable in projects like this, by both sides, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the professionalism and, importantly, the design sense of Ashley and her colleagues at the Kohler store. We are super happy with our bathroom now that it's done and would recommend (and have recommended) the Kohler store to anybody with a project similar to ours. At least drop by to talk your project through with them when you first start thinking about it to get some ideas and to figure out for yourself if they might be the solution for you, too. Sure worked out well for us.
