I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole Verbeek while designing and selecting fittings for two bathrooms, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Even when challenges arose, like receiving the wrong cabinet from the warehouse, Nicole handled it swiftly and efficiently. She tracked down the correct cabinet and had it swapped within 24 hours, ensuring there were no delays on my end.

Elena Mancini has been extremely helpful with 2 different projects I’ve been doing. Very helpful in discussing Kohler products, selecting which ones were best for us, getting the orders entered and expedited/delivered as needed, and even quickly getting a replacement part for something that was broken. All around Elena is excellent to work with, clear and responsive! Very pleased with products too!

We walked in just to get an idea of what we kinds of decisions we needed to make for our bathroom remodel. Nicole Verbeek was so helpful that we ordered all of the appliances and vanity from her that day. We went back to order the accessories and she was just as helpful. She helped to coordinate the delivery to work with our contractor's schedule and has supported us throughout the process. If I had another bathroom to remodel I would go to her again!

Nicole and Lauren made all the difference when it came to renovating two bathrooms. Their design services were just what I needed to get the projects started and they worked with me every step of the way to fine-tune all the tile and fixture choices. Nicole, Lauren and Kirsten designed three bathrooms for us. A primary bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a powder room. The experience was excellent. They listened carefully to understand what designs would work for us, and in a week or two came up with designs that we really liked. They worked hard to locate tiles and fixtures that we liked and didn’t tire searching for just the right tiles and fixtures for our projects. Nicole is extremely efficient, thorough, and responsive. The latter was particularly appreciated once our projects were underway, and we needed additional assistance. My old kitchen faucet (by American Standard) broke recently so I had to find a replacement quickly. Bhakti Parmar was great to work with in the showroom. The faucet was ordered around 12noon on a Friday and it was delivered the next day on Saturday by 9pm thru UPS.

We're super happy with how the Components pulldown faucet looks and functions! Great product!

Stephen Puopolo helped me choose products for my small bathroom that suit my style, budget, color scheme, and provided me with a printed quote and leadtime with my options to take home and ponder no pressure. Ordering was easy over the phone afterwards.

I can’t say enough about Nicole Verbeek. She is fantastic! She clearly loves what she does and is extremely knowledgeable. She truly cares and goes “the extra mile” to be sure the customer is really getting things right. Doing a complete tub and shower replacement in my NH home. Dropped in for a look at tubs and got directed to Elena Mancini on a slow Saturday. Ordered a tub and drain, holding off on the valve, trims, hand shower, etc. Came back yesterday to look at the dozens of trim options for showers, but emailed to make sure Elena was there.
Her knowledge of Kohler hardware is excellent, but her ability to direct me to good options was outstanding! She’s a skilled professional with a wonderful sense of style. What a joy to work with her!

Working with Jae Hall, Design Consultant at the Kohler store in Burlington was extremely stress free during a long construction process. Jae was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. She made all our decisions easy. I couldn’t be happier with the way my kitchen and bathrooms have turned out. My husband and I walked into The Kohler store in January 2025. We had no idea where to start and we were incredibly overwhelmed. Then we met Stephen Puopolo. He helped us to meticulously pick out every detail while we were in the store but then would follow up with an email. He never made us feel pressured and worked with our budget. We then stopped working on the bathroom until this past weekend where we revisited the store. Stephen remembered both of our names and our bathroom. We made the mistake of ordering a vanity with another company. This vanity had a narrow depth and we could not find a proper sink to fit. Luckily, Stephen was able to take precise measurements and even hand drew a template!! He is truly like no other!! Kohler Is lucky to have him and we were lucky to meet him and his impeccable taste!!!

I worked with Steve Puopolo at the Kohler store in Burlington for months on a two bathroom complete remodel. I could not give a higher recommendation to anyone. Steve's product knowledge is beyond compare. His professionalism, patience and memory is nothing short of amazing. My husband and I spent hours every week in the store for months and without fail Steve would greet us by name and never grow tired of our questions. His taste is impeccable and I grew to trust it implicitly. There was never any pressure to buy no matter how long we spent with him. We could not have completed the project without him. We are very happy with our purchases which included toilets, a hydro rail system and faucets and accessories. We will recommend Steve to everyone we know and only wish we had a reason to continue seeing him.

I had a great experience with Brian today with toilet leak fixes and part replacements. He was friendly, helpful, and very professional. He left a very good impression, so I will be calling him again for any and all future needs and I do highly recommend him!

I have an older home with unusual cast-iron piping configurations. this past summer, I had two serious waste pipe leaks, running from third floor to basement. After initially calling in a plumber, who botched the job, I was referred to Brian Damaso. he and his assistant, Nolan, did more quality work in less time than any plumber I've worked with in the past. He diagnosed the problem. He recommended a cost-effective drain company to clear out clogs from scale. He completely replaced the cast-iron stacks with PVC. He tested all of the work to make sure it was free of leaks. And then cleaned up the worksite and removed all the old materials.

This old house is going to continue to have plumbing issues over the years and Brian Damaso is my new go to plumber for all of it.

I highly recommend Brian and damaso plumbing and heating company to anyone who needs repairs or new job in this field. I have know Brian over five years and he has been always there for my family. I used to have problems with sump pump and since he took over this project I am able to sleep without fear of basement flooding. Brian is so reliable, good communication and very knowledgeable/experienced in this field. You can't go wrong.

Brian-BEST plumber ever!! I had hired Damasco Plumbing to do a full days worth of misc when, of course late the night before, our boiler stops working. When he arrived the next morning i felt guilty about approaching him about this but it was slightly urgent. But he took a deep breath changed course instantly and said "I'd be happy to help" & "I'm boiler repair certified". He pretty
much rebuilt the boiler. He was soo helpful ,patient, and project driven.
He's a talented plumber with years of experience and I so highly recommend him. He saved the day!!!!!
