I am an interior designer and I stopped by the Kohler store to look at products for my clients. Elena was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products and her personality made it a welcoming and fun experience. I highly recommend this Signature Store and Elena for both design professionals and homeowners!

Working with Jennifer and the Kohler store in Burlington was a pleasure. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when making countless decisions on our master bath remodel. Kohler's high quality products added design elements to the bath that made the remodel completion stunningly beautiful. I highly recommend working with Jennifer. Her expertise in the products as well as design were welcome additions during the renovation of the master bath.

Nicole was super helpful. Great showroom. Lots of directions for everyone.

We had a great experience working with Steve Puopolo from the Kohler Signature Store in Burlington! He helped us select the right lighting fixture for our bathroom upgrade. It was evident that Steve has great experience, knowledge, and insight as to where things should go and what looks good. We will definitely come back to the Kohler Signature Store and hopefully work with Steve on our next project!

Unfortunately I have to say the customer service I have received more than once at this store was horrible. I never write reviews but felt it was necessary after my experience. My husband and I are building a house in the same town this store is located. It was the first place we went to months back as we planned to use them for all of our bathroom and kitchen needs for our project. The showroom is beautiful and I was really hoping to give them my business but the fist time we walked into the store was about 9 months ago and I have never felt more unwelcome walking into a store in my life. We didn't have an appointment so I was understanding we may not get much of their time and attention but informed them we were building a brand new house in town and if possible would like to browse for our bathroom and kitchen needs. We were given a card and asked to look online and sent on our way. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as we are in the middle of a pandemic. I was very understanding when it came to that but they never even asked for our contact information or if we wanted to set an appointment. We were willing to give them quite a bit of business on a big project and were pretty much just sent on our way. We went elsewhere for our bathroom needs but I believe everyone deserves second chances so I went back this morning and told them again about our project and that I was looking for our kitchen, more specifically in that moment the kitchen sink. This time I did set an appointment and got a confirmation email but was told they didn't see me in the system. Again I felt like they could have cared less to get my business and were not very welcoming at all. I asked to see the apron cast iron sinks and told them I was trying to decide what size would work best for us. They only had one on site to show me which looked smaller than what we are looking for so I asked her what the next size up was and she said I would be restricted based on our cabinet size. I let her know we are getting custom cabinets so he can do whatever we want. She said it will still depend on our base size. I again asked her the sizes of the sinks I can choose from so I could talk to our cabinet guy and decide on a sink size and her response was you can find all that information online. Didn't offer to provide me any details, documents or even show me any other sink on site. Didn't even ask if there was anything else I wanted to look at. Mind you I was the only single customer in the store at the time. I decided right then and there after two horrible customer service experiences that they will not get any of business. I replied thank you and went on my way and the sad part is it was clear they could have cared less if I gave them any business or not. I realize I am just one single customer but for the amount of business I was ready to give them and for the experience I got on two separate occasions I can only imagine many others have felt this way too.

Mary was FABULOUS!! She was very patient and asked great questions to better understand my needs and style to guide me appropriately. She has a wonderful eye for design and is extremely knowledgeable about Kohler products. I have been procrastinating on this bathroom renovation and now I'm inspired to get it done thanks to Mary!

It was a very pleasant experience working with Kelly Bara at my local Kohler store. She took the time to explain the different bath and shower fixtures and helped us to choose the ones we purchased. She even worked with our contractor! Great sales person.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ashley to design our kitchen and we could not have been any happier with the result. Not only did Ashley and the team design a great kitchen, they were also prompt, on time and accessible, making the process smooth and simple. Ashley went the extra mile for us - twice - first tracking down a remnant threshold for our master shower that matched our vanity counter (which we also ordered through Ashley). Then, when our master bath medicine cabinets were inexplicably delivered to the wrong location by the delivery company, Ashley found them and got them to us quickly! As you can tell, we really enjoyed working with Ashely and recommend this store for anyone looking to create the kitchen of the dreams!

After some initial problems with this store, I am now a very happy customer. I am changing my rating to 5 stars. The Regional manager Bobby, reached out to me. Bobby went above and beyond. He drove to my house. Picked up the 2 light fixtures that we were not able to use in our new bathroom. They were too tall for the space. Later that day I saw that the full amount was credited back to our credit card.. We were missing some accessories in our new vanity. Bobby has contacted me and he is taking care of this for us too.

Nicole is terrific! I threw a client at her with a large order with no advance warning and she drove the ship to get the clients to make all their selections & turn around the order within 2 days. Amazing!!

I had narrowed down the style of tile I needed for my backsplash to two from Ann Sacks collection but I didn't live close to the Kohler store. I phoned and talked with Elena and explained my situation. She was wonderful and suggested they send me samples of the two tiles so I could make a final decision. I was shocked to receive the samples the very next day and she also included a penny tile sample along with the 4x8" samples so I could use them when trying to color match. I made my decision and called Elena to order the 4 boxes of tile I needed. She helped me make the purchase and the tile arrive within a couple weeks, and not a single tile was broken. Definitely recommend the Kohler store and Elena.

We are doing a major renovation and Elena Mancini at Kohler in Burlington, MA was recommended to us by our contractor. She was awesome! She helped us figure out what we really wanted and explained everything in detail so that we understood exactly what we were getting. She was endlessly patient, budget-sensitive, and was fun to work with! A six-star experience. She's definitely your go-to if you are doing any renovation projects.

My boyfriend and I just finalized our bathroom project with Steve P. and I can't say enough great things! Steve was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and gave us his own opinions on certain things as well. He showed us all different price point options and we really felt comfortable and confident with what we were choosing.

Steve Puopolo at Kohler was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful in designing our bathroom and we are so pleased by the product and the design. Steve has great attention to detail , strong communication and thoughtful design ideas. Next project we will certainly go back to Steve at Kohler!!!

Jae was absolutely amazing to work with. She guided me through 3 bathroom designs. She is knowledgable about all Kohler products and had great suggestions on what would work and look right in my bathrooms. I can highly recommend her to others! Super easy to work with, very organized and a great communicator. She made it easy and I can't wait to see the results!

Worked with Jae Hall at the Burlington MA showroom. Very knowledgeable about Kohler product lines. Helped us navigate through potential options to address some of our bath/shower needs & identified for us exactly what we needed. Never made us feel rushed. She made ordering easy, her follow-up communication was terrific, & when we subsequently made a change to our order she effortlessly made the change & did so without a fuss. Just an all-around pleasant person. Wished we had worked with her last year when we were undergoing a major renovation.

I bought a Kohler medicine cabinet. Nicole was efficient and very nice to interact with. The cabinet arrived in record time, a couple of days after I ordered it.

Unfortunately, after it was installed and we peeled off the protective film we noticed a small chip on the door. I called Nicole again but because it had been more than a month since the order she wasn’t able to help me directly, at least not immediately. However, she gave me a direct phone number for Kohler and also told me that if I can’t resolve this with them I should call her back and she will try to help me.

I called Kohler, explained what had happened and everything was solved in no time, they had the door in stock and shipped it immediately, at no cost. This is by far the most positive experience I ever had with a customer service representative and it was all due to Nicole’s experience and the proper channels she had directed me to. I will surely send many more referrals her way.
