I received 4 quotes for a fairly intensive job for a mixed ducted/mini split system. The quote I got from Pro Heating and Cooling was SUBSTANTIALLY better than the others!

Sean's team was able to finish the job in less than a week, and the the quality of the install is great. The ductwork is clean, and the refrigerant lines are well hidden.

Additionally, Sean guided us through the mass save system. It can be an intimidating process with many steps (home eval, heat loan application, weatherization, rebate applications, etc.). Without his guidance, it would have been way more stressful and likely error prone.

Sean and his team did an excellent job with scope of the work (HVAC heat pump install) and being specific as to what the install would entail. Sean, was an excellent communicator and was helpful with the rebates available for the service. I couldn’t recommend him and team more, Maryellen in the office was extremely helpful with the rebates available submissions. Our cooling has been amazing and the bills so far have saved us a lot.

Pro heating and cooling I found to be very professional. They listened. I was concerned with aesthetics both from the outside of the house and inside. The end result was perfect.
It was a fairly big project, with a lot of moving parts. When one team completed their work the next team came in almost immediately with no delays.

If I could do more than 5 stars I would for Sean and his team. I didn't have central air and had been trying to figure out the best solution for my home for a while. We had many heat waves and I had called around to different companies, but it felt like everyone was in a rush to get me to sign a contract without taking the time to explain what would actually work best for me.

From the first call, Sean was different. He took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns and explained all the different options I had. After discussing the layout of my house, he recommended that mini splits would be the best option because of the way my home is set up, and he helped me understand why it would be the most effective and cost-efficient solution for me. I never felt pressured just supported, informed, and most importantly heard.

Sean was fantastic with practical knowledge of what would work and honest pricing. The Diogo and Fabio install team exceeded expectations for a clean minisplit line install, with a nearly impossible run under a 3rd floor roof deck with only a few inches clearance underneath and a tough run through the basement. Everything was done exactly on schedule and on budget. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience from Sean with his timely and thorough explanation of the entire process to Raphael, Fernando and Antonio. very efficient and fast install. they left my home cleaner then it was before they started. Everything was point on. Delivery time of the equipment to installation day. Sean and his team were the best and we are so glad we went with Pro Heating & Cooling for our heat pump project. They are an authorized Mass Save contractor so his team took care of all the application documentation and submission for us and we received our rebate 10 weeks after the submission. We had a complicated HVAC system and wanted to rezone our system, and Sean’s team patiently worked with us to rezone our systems for maximum efficiency. We had some startup kinks but Sean and his technicians were so diligent in getting everything right during startup and commissioning. Their pricing is also fair and reasonable. Highly recommend Sean and his team!

We are very happy with the job that Sean and his team did on our house. Our home is brick with the concrete foundation so it involved extra work in terms of drilling and his team was timely,respectful, and tried to minimize the dust in general mess which we really appreciated. We received six different quotes and Sean’s was the most adequate ratio of priceand quality. We secured a loan and he was able to fit us in for installation for the following week, it took just one day. We are very happy with the fact that Sean explained where the lines will be running in the exterior of the house and interior looks great as well. I will be recommending him to anyone who is looking to make this essential upgrade to their house.

full spectrum hvac service was sent by my home warranty for my ac repair. at first, i was unsure because of some reviews, but my own experience turned out great. they called me the next business day to check my ac. within a day, my warranty company told me my whole ac unit would be replaced! the following day, they set up the installation appointment. mason showed up on time and acted very professional. he got here at 9am and worked until 3pm to finish everything. they not only swapped out the old unit but also had to redo some duct work. it was super hot that day, so i really appreciated how quickly they fixed it. i am very happy and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

As part of our service agreement, Mason comes out to do yearly maintenance on our furnace in the fall and our AC unit in the spring. Mason explains the work before starting and carefully checks everything on his list. I really value the great service he provides and look forward to seeing him again in the spring to make sure our AC is ready for the hot weather, and in the fall to check the furnace before it gets cold. Everything is still going well with their service.

i was really impressed with the heater repair service. even though it was my first time reaching out to full spectrum hvac service, it felt like i had been a loyal customer for years. when my thermostat stopped working on a chilly dedham day, their quick response made a big difference. gregory came out, found the issue right away, and fixed it, even though it turned out to be something simple. he still took the time to explain everything and made sure i was comfortable with how it all worked. later that evening, i even got a follow-up call to make sure the heater was still running smoothly. it's clear they really care about their customers and take their work seriously. i’ll definitely call them again if i need heater help in the future.

we heard great things about this hvac company from our family, so we decided to have them come out to our house in dedham for some routine maintenance. mason showed up even earlier than we expected, and chase called ahead to check if that was okay. they handled a maintenance check on our furnace, humidifier, and cleaned the outdoor ac unit coils. everything was done quickly and at a good price. they also gave us a couple of helpful suggestions, but there was no pressure to buy anything extra. everyone was very professional and super friendly. definitely recommend them for any hvac service needs!

As always, great service from Full Spectrum HVAC Service. This time, Douglas and Chase came out to service our HVAC system. They did a thorough cleaning with a citrus cleaner, which got rid of a lingering smell we’d noticed. They also serviced both compressors, repaired our UV light, and cleaned the filters on our mini-split. Both technicians were really friendly, explained everything they were doing, and gave us helpful tips to keep our system running well for a long time. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
