Without hesitation I highly recommend Sean and his team. The installers, Diago and Fabio were professional, meticulous, and quick! We couldn't be happier with the entire process. Sean is extremely knowledgable about the heat-pump equipment.

Rafael installed a thermostat in my attic office to help even out the temperature. He answered all my questions about the new thermostat and how it connects with the rest of the system. Looking forward to Preventative Maintenance in the spring with Pro Heat and Cooling.

Sean and his crew did an awesome job installing a Mini-Split system in my home, from nothing to a complete system in two days, we are very happy with the experience.
Through there expertise and my wishes and desires, I have just what I wanted, good idea`s with good execution!!!

I hate to post a negative review, but I feel compelled to modify the very positive review I wrote below. When we installed the Navien unit at my house, Sean had assured me that the system he recommended will qualify for the Mass Save discount (~$2500). He was kind enough to help with the filing process as well. However, the application was denied because the heater he installed was apparently labeled as "commercial" in the official system rating. I spoke to them to argue that it was installed in a residential home and should qualify; Sean also spoke to them at my request. But they said there is little they can do, . They asked me to file an appeal, which I did--but it was subsequently rejected. Ok, so what should happen then? I felt that Sean should be mostly responsible for this because he had assured me that the unit would qualify. But as a compromise, I thought we could split the cost or, in my last phone call, I suggested that he would give a "store credit" so that perhaps he can do some free maintenance later on. But, alas, he stopped replying to my emails and simply did not return multiple calls. I think this is really unprofessional.

Our Viessmann boiler was dying and we needed a new system. I called several places to get quotes. Sean Pike (the owner) from Pro Heating & Cooling was able to come by right away, explained my options, and sent over an estimate that evening (boiler+redoing the pipes). We ended up going with a Navien boiler (a relatively new but increasingly popular brand) and Sean was able to get the crew out the day after the boiler arrived at their shop (which took 2-3 business days). Sean was prompt (he responded right away to emails/texts), reliable (he texted me a little before his arrival to let me know; he arrived at scheduled times), knowledgeable (answered my questions without rushing me), and gave what I thought was a good price. He even texted me the day after installation to see if everything was ok. I asked him about one review that described difficulties with the rebate--apparently municipal rebates are more complicated, whereas MassSave rebates are simpler and there hasn't been any issue with other people. I would highly recommend this company!

An all around great experience getting a heat pump installed. Sean, Diogo, and Fabio did an excellent job, starting with getting a quote, the installation of all the equipment, both inside and outside the house, and a tutorial afterwards about how to use the system and reviewing homeowner maintenance in the future. Looking forward to using the A/C component next summer.

I highly recommend this company. They were so responsive, patient and helpful with our Mass Save assessment. The work was terrific - timely, cleaned up after themselves, dealt with issues as they arose with installing (issues were house related not them). The employees who came to the house were so nice and respectful. Sean, the owner, was great - always got right back to us with answers and paperwork. Explained the new system (minisplits) and how to set up and use. Very familiar with Mass Save and what is needed. Highly recommend !!

Very impressed with Raphael’s service. My no heat issue was easily resolved, simply by tightening the wire connection for the thermostat. I would definitely recommend this company for future work.

After being quoted >2x the amount by another Heating and Cooling company for Mini Splits, Sean came in and gave us a very reasonable quote that we went with. The quality and service of the job however was more aligned with the first quote for twice as much. His crew was the utmost professional and left the job site clean everyday, and the work came out phenomenal. Sean also was an extremely valuable resource for navigating the MassSave program. I have recommended Pro Heating and Cooling to a few people already, and I don’t plan on stopping.

Sean was great...we removed steam radiators and installed ducted heat pumps. Our place had some quirks with 2 rooms without any heat, one room needing a mini split. Sean was super creative in solving the issues and very communicative throughout. He helped coordinate radiator removal, upgrading electrical, and made the job happen during the window we were hoping for. we now have fully ducted heat and AC!
Pro heating and cooling also does plumbing and we decided to move our laundry from the basement to second floor. They were great with figuring that out as well!

Sean was very knowledgeable and reliable with the installation of three mini splits in my home.!!!!! He and his workers installed them all in one day and did a great job! Cleaned up and left my home with such wonderful AC. I would recommend him and his company to everyone!

Sean was very reliable throughout our installation of Mitsubishi ductless system. He is very knowledgeable about minisplit systems, and his responses to questions were extremely detailed and helpful. Needless to say, we chose Pro Heating and the install was excellent! He was present during the installation and came by the next week to take the time to ask us how the units were performing and to answer any questions. He is responsive, friendly, and honest in his work.

Very satisfied with my recent experience with Sean and pro heating and cooling. They installed a ductless ac system in our living room that cools my entire first floor in minutes. even better the unit can also heat the home. Being able to control all of the above from my phone is awesome.

We used Sean’s company to install a new heat pump and tankless hot water heater. The guys were great! Sean gave us a really complete and detailed quote so we knew exactly what we were getting. He always kept us up to date on timelines, texted us often on updates and completed all the work on time. We have some other work needed on an older mini split and are definitely gonna use this company again!

I have to say l had the best experience with Pro Heating & cooling company. Your Tec was on time and went right to work he was very professional and explained everything to me and more about my furnace l got a first hand look on the workings of my heating system. I felt very confident that l have now found my permanent Heating co. Today it is hard to trust your decision when it comes to big issues like Heating and Air conditioning and now l no longer have to look l have my go to company in any emergency.

Sean and his team of Abel, Fernando, Rafael, Dogo and Fabio did a wonderful job insulating our ducts and installing a ducted heat pump for the 1st floor of the house and 3 ductless heat pumps for the upstairs bedroom. The arrived when they said they would and worked very efficiently as a team until the job was complete. Would highly recommend.

I had to have two parts replaced on my furness. Rafael was the tech that came out to do the work. He was excellent. Efficient in his diagnosis of the issue, and explained everything in detail. A very personable demeanor. I also had Pro Heating replace my AC unit about a year ago and they were excellent then for the install. I will continue to hire them for future work.
