He not only identified and repaired the immediate issue quickly, he took a macro level look at my whole system and gave me useful recommendations to keep my system running efficiently.

Great quick service, we weren’t home but he fixed the heat. However this am, there was smell/fumes of oil-see picture, not sure what spouted out but rocks below furnace where dry yesterday. Do u think we need service call again?

Paul Carr was timely, communicative, and explained in detail what I needed to be the look for when he did a standard service visit. I had issues with single line steam radiator banging, and his knowledge of the system gave me confidence that we would troubleshoot the root cause. Paul was also extremely professional and attentive. Darren Coleman did outstanding work in repairing my home heating system after arriving here in the middle of a winter snowstorm. He traced the problem to a faulty electrical relay, then replaced it with a new one, wired it in, and got the heating system back to working again. In addition to his professional skills, Darren was friendly and well spoken, which was reassuring and much appreciated.
Overall assessment: 5 stars, Excellent Service.

Always great service from the MacFarlane team! George came out for our initial set up and also a few months later to replace some old parts on our heating system that were well used. He was quick and efficient each time. Could not recommend them more!

My experience here was pretty great. These guys sure know what they're doing - not just quick, but thorough as well.

Well, what can I say? They saved me when my ac went out and no other companies were available to help. Now I try not to take my hvac system for granted! It was an easy repair and Nate was super helpful through the whole process.
