I had water pouring out the relief pipe on the furnace. I turned off the furnace and called Fisher-Churchill. The answering service picked up right away and relayed my message to Cody. Cody came out within the hour and was the ultimate professional. He was knowledgeable and amiable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace on the spot. Within 45 minutes, everything was solved. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Cody!

Cody from Fisher-Churchill arrived quickly today to help! He was polite, considerate (being careful about rug and floor). He took a few minutes when he was done to explain what was needed today, and made some suggestions for future maintenance.

Really great customer service and fair pricing. We have been customers of theirs for 10 years or so. Our ancient heating system has had issues at some bad times and they have always reacted promptly, professionally, and I have never felt like I was overcharged. They spend the time to explain things and take pride in their work. They are our oil provider as well. We will be looking to move to Gas soon and will be hiring them to do the conversion as well. I strongly recommend Fisher-Churchill.

Cody had a cancellation and came early after calling to confirm that we would be in the house. Work was done quickly and as expected. Fisher-Churchill has always done a great job in our home. We have used them for 12 years.

I have my burner serviced every year with Fisher Churchill and it is refreshing when I call as everyone I spoke with was courteous, and very friendly.
A few days ago, Bill the technician came out and thoroughly inspected and tuned up my system. He was a pleasure to talk to. Unfortunately, hours after he left the system shut down and I got it going after I hit the reset button. I thought it was a fluke but it shut down again the next day. I called Fisher Churchill the next day and within 2 hours, a technician (Eric, another friendly guy) was at my home and solved the problem. It seems that the nozzle was defective. The first technician (Bill) had no way of knowing the nozzle was defective as all worked well when he left.
Like I mentioned, it is refreshing to work with a company that has a friendly staff. Fisher Churchill is a company that gives great service, and a company that stands behind their work, and a company that solves the customers problem in a timely manner.
I cant say enough great things about them.

Fisher Churchill has been amazing since we moved a few years ago. Any time we’ve had an issue with the heat or AC, they come out very quickly(often same day!). I usually talk to Maureen who handles the call and notifies the service department. We have had Rob most times and he’s my favorite! He’s knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and kind. If he doesn’t have a part he goes to get it and comes right back, instead of when it’s more convenient in his schedule. We also have plans for both heating and cooling and they are very efficient at tuneups before issues can arise. Highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!

I have used Fisher-Churchill for several years for both heating and air conditioning maintenance and have been more than satisfied with their service. From scheduling to the service appointment, everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant. The technician always arrives as scheduled and is very efficient. I am a very satisfied customer.

My central AC failed during a recent brutal heat wave. The initial service call temporarily resolved the issue, but the technician warned it might not hold. True to his advice, the problem recurred. The service charge for the first call was reasonable and promptly settled. During the follow-up, extensive diagnostics revealed a faulty blower motor covered under warranty, necessitating an order from the distributor.
Rob, our technician, was exceptionally professional and thoughtful. Anticipating our discomfort without AC, he brought us a portable unit from the shop for temporary relief. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to Brian, the Service Manager, for his understanding and assistance throughout. We are thoroughly pleased and appreciative of the exemplary service provided by Fisher-Churchill.

me and louisney come here and everything is always quick and the right thing we ordered the staff are amazing and we appreciate the knowledge and you guys especially when we need something custom or need to order something it's always done in a timely manner.

We lost heat overnight and George from Horan Oil came out quickly and fixed the problem fast. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and had everything working again within an hour. Really appreciate the great service.
