I have an older boiler a Series 66 Weil Mcclein that has been faithful for many years. With kid gloves i have been nursing it along for several years and with the help of Rich from your service team we have managed to get a few more years out of it. He carefully cleans and tunes it up every year and makes suggestions on its long term care and eventual replacement. I will probably replace it next summer but only if Rich helps with the work. Its hard to find someone you can trust. My last 2 service guys were a disaster
i have always purchased the cheapest oil but have learnd that quality oil with quality service wins in the long run

We were out of town when our water heater failed. Once again, Fisher-Churchill came to our rescue when we needed service. They responded immediately, kept us informed of the progress and went out of their way to work with us long distance. We exclusively use them for all our heating and air conditioning needs.

My boiler recently died, and I can't say enough about Fisher Churchill. Their response was immediate and very organized. They delivered heaters to my home to use for the 4 days till the new installation was complete. Their staff is very professional.

Dan from Fisher-Churchill was the technician that came to troubleshoot and repair one of my central a/c units that had frost on the lines. Have been a long time member of Fisher- Churchill. Had an issue with the furnace. Service tech came out and replaced parts. Furnace worked for less that 1 day before failing again. Made after hours emergency call. Black smoke pouring out of the chimney, building up in the house. 4 hours later, still not even a call back. Still waiting. Glad to see Fisher Churchill has such a low regard for a longtime customers safety and well being. If no call back is received, The better business bureau will be our first call in the morning before calling a reputable oil company. Will never recommend this company and will tell family and friends about these terrible people.

I started with Fisher-Churchill after our previous oil provider was sold to a huge energy corporation centered in New Jersey. (Customer service had immediately worsened.) I have been a loyal customer of F-C for more than ten years and continue to appreciate the fact that a real person is always at the other end of the line, making sure that every need has been seen to. The service and repair people are always cheerful and punctual. They came swiftly and replaced our leaking oil tank on a holiday weekend!

Update: They were very quick and responsive when I needed a service call, and the price was reasonable.

I placed an order at what I thought to be a certain price, and was told my delivery would be a few days.... the price spiked that day, and they rushed out to deliver same-day. Priced dropped significantly the next day. I'm not confident that scheduling was arranged in good faith... Generally they are a quick and responsive company, but this left a bad taste in my mouth...

Have relied on Fisher-Churchill for approx. 4 years now for both heating and A/C service. They are always prompt, professional and knowledgeable re: their service and dealing with any repair issues. These guys know what they're doing, and their prices are more than reasonable for the outstanding quality of service they provide. Highly recommended!

Woke up to no hot water and they sent a technician out right away. Cody was professional and so easy to deal with. He fixed the problem very quickly and was a pleasure to have in our home. We’ve been customers for several years and highly recommend this oil company for all your heating needs.
