Mike came out and diagnosed the problem within minutes and recommend the fix. He completed his work quickly and explained everything he was doing. He did a great job.

During this crazy snowstorm, MacFarlane's responsiveness and reliability while we were dealing with an issue deserves a shout out. Rob was very informative and responsive over the phone during the blizzard and today, Matt came to refill our 5-gallon tank, and when I was worried about the hot water lasting, he didn't just do the job and leave. He took the time to walk me through exactly how long the supply would last and what we could do to keep things going until we replaced the main tank. That kind of patient, knowledgeable service makes all the difference when you're stressed about hot water lasting in this cold weather. Thank you, MacFarlane for showing up when it counts!

Matt was professional, personable and most importantly, very competent in the work he performed. He took the time to explain what he was doing and point out areas to monitor in the system.

We had regular scheduled maintenance done on our heating system by Mike S. He was very professional and personable! Service was done efficiently and during the time frame promised. Mike also gave us some ideas to improve efficiency with our radiators going into next heating season. We would certainly recommend McFarlane Energy.

I've been with Horan Oil for 35 years. Now it is McFarlane Oil. My heating system was turning on and ifd every few minutes. I got tired of listening to it called McFarlane. Not an emergency. Got somebody out in less than 2 days. Nick was thw service technician who came out. On time, within the 2 hrs window. He replace the electrodes. But, that was not the best part. I didn't complain of how noisy the system was. I just thought it was old. Whatever Nick did, this is the quietest my system has been over a decade. I has to go check to make sure it was on!

I can’t say enough good things about George! Extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and absolutely on the money timely. We were on the brink of running out of heating oil and when it was discovered that the service delivery was not made he himself came straight to our house to give us enough to get us by for the upcoming storm. This is the kind of service you hear about but never witness personally. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts George!

Luis, Brian, and Carter did a great job installing my new heat pump. They were on time on both days, and worked effectively and efficiently. They answered all my questions and told me what they were doing each step of the way. They also removed the old A/C system and left everything neat an clean. I commend all of them on a job well done! Technician was friendly and professional. He recognized that we were out of oil and provided 5 gals of oil to restart the furnace. He then procured an additional 10 gals to ensure the furnace would run until a fuel delivery could be made the following day.

Realized we ran out of oil and within 3 hours of calling, we were back up and running. Wayne was great. Kept in great contact with us to let us know what his ETA would be, upon arrival he was friendly and efficient. This was a later in the evening call, so super appreciative of the service that MacFarlane offers.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Daniel Morton today, and I want to share how impressed I was with his professionalism and support. Daniel was attentive, prepared, and genuinely focused on understanding my needs. He communicated clearly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the experience easy and productive from start to finish.

Ray was excellent.

He was professional knowledgeable and thorough, diagnosing, fixing and restarting our oil burner and staying on site to ensure the system was operating properly.

Five stars for him.

The company gets a star less because we returned from a trip to a 40 degree home with no operating heating system, but when we called both service numbers repeatedly we were me with two rings and a hang up.

We could not reach anyone to request service until 7 am the next day.

Ultimately not a critical situation but could have been had we returned a day later.

Carlos was at my home yesterday to clean and check my 2 oil burners for the upcoming winter season and to ensure the burners were running efficiently. Carlos was friendly and knowledgeable on the 2 heating systems. He gave me update after cleaning each burner, and answered my questions.
