​We had a shower installation done in our new basement guest suite. The plumbing work was clean and passed the city inspection without any issues at all. It was a very smooth transaction and the team was a pleasure to have in our home.

​Our shower installation was a bit unique because of the custom tiling we had. The plumbers were very precise with the hardware placement and everything lined up perfectly. They took their time to ensure there were no leaks behind the wall. The quality of the service was evident in the final look.

I hired Spada Plumbing and Heating to fix a leak in the water going into my gas boiler. Nick and crew went above and beyond and fixed a number of other small issues as well. Highly recommended.

Our only shower clogged. After snaking it as best i could, still clogged. Called to see if someone can come out to clear it and provide a quote to replace a p trap if necessary. Wouldn't know how they are because they said they wouln't be able to come by for over two weeks all because we haven't used them before. We haven't used any plumber before! We just bought the house 3 years ago. I get people are busy and so on, but this is an emergency to some degree (we don't have any shower now). Very disappointed and they lost a potential recurring customer.

I was impressed that Jill, Dennis and Tyler "made it right" after some initial complications, due to a lack of availability of parts. You can tell that they take pride in their integrity. Tyler did good work on the job. And Jill works hard in the main office to communicate with customers about when and how jobs will progress.
