Plumbing solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable when I needed a pipe manifest replaced for my heating system. From the get-go I could tell the difference because other companies I contacted were not knowledgeable on the parts and fittings used in my older homes pipes, but Matt and his team were experienced and knew what they were dealing with. Enrique and his team were kind and courteous in my home while working, and I still see him around the neighborhood! My one minor gripe is that scheduling and rescheduling could be difficult at times, but that just means you have to call into the office to follow-up, but Chris who helped on that end was also incredibly considerate and helpful. Overall, very satisfied with the work and the team!

Jake and Miguel did a very professional job installing our new power-vented Rheem water heater with a 10-year warranty. They arrived and finished on-time with the water hearer working smoothly, and explained everything in the process. Communication with the staff at Plumbing Solutions was great from initial discussions and quote from Matt (at a very reasonable price), scheduling/coordination with Chris, and texting from the crew. We are a satisfied long-term customer.

I never met him, so all correspondence was over the phone but I found him to be very responsive, and transparent with the scope of the work and pricing. The tenants he dealt with were very pleased at how clean the job site was kept.

Unfortunately our oil-fired water heater developed a slow leak. It was very old and I knew this was a replacement versus fix it situation. I called Plumbing Solutions after seeing them recommended a number of times on a local Facebook group. They came out the same day to provide an estimate. They were able to coordinate the work with an electrician to be done at the same time the following day so that we weren't without hot water for long. Due to previous commitments, we were not home at the time. They were clean, trustwothy, and got the job done quickly. We've had the new tank for a couple of weeks now and have been very happy with the work they did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!

Plumbing Solutions is the best in the business. If you need a Plumber there is only one company you should call; PLUMBING SOLUTIONS. We have been in this house since 1961 and Plumbing solutions has done a fabulous job with keeping everything working perfectly. We recently had No heat in the real cold temperatures, called Plumbing Solution and they responded right away. We needed a new furnace as the one we had in the house was 25 years old would have cost too much to repair and not worth repairing at 25 years, we decided to buy a new one. Plumber Solutions not only responding in one day to diagnose what was wrong, came out the next day to install new furnace and they made sure we had heat overnight with bypassing the thermostat so the furnace would continue working overnight. Just simply wonderful. The guys are real nice and do outstanding work. We had a new furnace in one day! My 92 year old mother appreciates you and thanks you, we as a family appreciate you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving your customers top notch service.

Jake from Plumbing Solutions replaced the filter cartridge for my whole house water filter and took a look at a number of small plumbing matters that needed attending to. He phoned while he was on the way to my house and arrived right at the scheduled appointment time. He was polite, professional and took care of the work efficiently. I also appreciate the care he took to place shoe covers over his boots and to leave work areas spotless. I am a satisfied customer.

Charlie replaced our hot water heater, giving a fair quote and sticking to it. He did quality work, figuring out a tricky pipe situation with a tank that didn't stand as tall. He was on time, has a courteous demeanor, and made sure everything was working well before departing.

Charlie replaced a drainage pipe in a bathroom of our house. The pipe was under the sink and inside the wall. Charlie gave us an honest estimate and we agreed on the price. Since the pipe is inside the wall, there might be surprise which may make the work harder. Charlie said he would absorb the surprise if it happens. His promise made us comfortable to work with him. Then he came to work on it on his earliest available date. He was able to finish the work within one day. Most importantly, he opened the minimum areas on the wall and ceilings. I would definitely call Charlie again if my house has other plumbing problems in the future (hope there is no other problems, keep my fingers crossed!)

We contracted Charlie to be our plumber for our plumbing needs because he offered fair pricing for his work. He installed a sink and shower fixtures in a bathroom remodel, which work and look great. He also installed a much needed utility sink, which has also been working very well. Aside from installation, he also repaired for us a leaky shut off and slow faucet drain. Charlie was professional and very clear about his plans for fixing the problems, so there was no misunderstanding about anything. Highly recommend his services.
