Enrique showed up on time. He was extremely pleasant and very competent. He knew what he was doing and was able to diagnose our situation in the first visit. We ordered our toilets and he was able to install within a short time despite the challenges of our old house.

Jake and Miguel were great. Arrived a little later than expected, but communicated the delay and took care of my issues same day for a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again!

I was given a prompt appointment - came early due to a cancelation. Excellent, courteous workmen, clean, good advice and prompt completion of the project. Subsequently, I had several turn off valves replaced and bathroom faucet leak repaired - which required several visits due to difficulty turning off the water supply to my unit. Once that was done, the faucet repair was difficult, but Yakov stuck with it and was willing to work with me to get it right. All is now working properly.

I live in an old house. Some of the plumbing needed major TLC. I called Plumbing Solutions after firing my last company years ago. I found myself driving behind their truck one day so I gave them a call. I was NOT disappointed. Yakov and Chris were excellent. They diagnosed my issues very quickly and recommended solutions. They advised what I needed to do/purchase and how they were going to fix my problems. They spent hours in my house and did some big and little jobs. They worked together very quietly, efficiently and did a great job. Yakov gave me a detailed estimate on the cost before starting any work. I did pay the estimate after today's work. They will be returning to finish some additional work after I purchase the items needed. I trusted them implicitly and so far....I'm very pleased!!

Seems like the plumber did a good job of diagnosing the tub drain problem and explaining what a required follow up visit would look like. However, we’re not sure if he actually scheduled a follow up visit which he mentioned would be Friday of this week. So in this case, we’re not exactly sure if the follow up visit is going to happen. The downstairs toilet leak issue was resolved, as he replaced all the internal tank fill parts.

Great and super fast service (replaced water heater in less than 1 hour!). Definitely will use them again. Enrique (the plumber) was very nice.

I wanted my garbage disposal removed. Plumbing Solutions sent Roberto to do this job, and he was excellent, a complete professional. He was prompt, courteous, communicative, and worked efficiently. And he made sure everything was cleaned up and the new drain worked properly before leaving. Scheduling with Plumbing Solutions was very easy; they were very responsive. I’m really happy to have found them and will definitely use them again if anything comes up.

Advanced Plumbing was punctual, knowledgeable and reasonable. The owner, Chris, answered all of my questions when I called and Enrique provided detailed information as a follow up when he arrived. He installed a new pump quickly and was patient when explaining how it would behave differently from the one that malfunctioned. I would use them again.
