Yakov is a true professional, skilled in every way and very pleasant. He solved some problems with our house water filter system and repiped the system to ensure a more proper and efficient flow. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend him to others.

Replaced 3 valves in bathroom. Yakov was prompt, neat and polite. He gave a good explanation of what he was going to do. I thought the job was a bit too expensive given that the 3 angle stops were completely exposed and easy to get to.

Plumbing Solutions replaced the heat exchange to my on-demand hot water heater, I raised a couple concerns that they understood, addressed and resolved quickly. Staff were professional and quick response time was appreciated.

Jake was very helpful, professional and fixed both problems we had called them for. Highly recommend!

Another excellent experience with Plumbing Solutions! Prompt response when our hot water heater broke -- we got calls and texts when our plumber was on the way. Miguel installed the new unit same day!! There really was nothing better than coming home to the hard work of this team that I have fully trusted for almost 10 years and counting.

Had a service done, called Tuesday and they were able to come out the day after. Had a variety of work done from toilet installation, fixing outdoor spigot, and fixing a leaking valve and spout in the bathtub / shower combo.

Everything was done well, except for the bathtub. The leak coming out of the valve is fixed, but the spout is still leaking while the shower is turned on.

In addition, the bathtub spout was left without caulking around the spout. I believe I was charged around ~$500 for this part of the service alone!! Hard to tell, as I have yet to receive a copy of an invoice as requested.

I don't currently live in the house, so I wasn't able to see this until the weekend, and have been unable to get a response to any message left. I am very disappointed, particularly because I paid an premium to have all of this work done by the same company.

EDIT: Plumbing Solutions was able to come back out to take a look. While I was informed that there was nothing they could do about the faucet still leaking water while the shower was on, they made an attempt and they did apply caulking onto the faucet as requested. As this was done without any extra charge, I can say I am now satisfied with my service!

Jake was the technician who came to evaluate and fix some old leaking pipes in my laundry room. This is the first time I have hired Plumbing Solutions. And, the experience was excellent.
Chris was great as I introduced myself and the situation I was experiencing. Jake as the technician was so personable. I enjoyed meeting him. Jake listened to my explanation of the problem. He then explained to me each step he took to resolve the leakages and need for some new piping. I would definitely call Plumbing Solutions in the future.

Jake did a great job removing our failed water heater and replacing it and the connecting water pipes. In addition to this he was informative and very considerate.

Enrique did a superb job. He showed up on time and went right to work, finishing in half the time quoted. Communication.was excellent. The work area was left spotless and the payment was as agreed to previously. The cost of service was also very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Enrique again for my next plumbing issue. Scheduling and home office communications were also quick and easy via email and phone. Work was done the day after I requested it. Thanks Enrique!

9/22/21 review. I waited a good couple of years to write this review because the hot water heater tank they installed was damaged, so I wanted to make sure there were not anymore issues. I was very excited when I found this company with all the 5 star reviews. A company is only as good as its employees. Clearly they have some excellent plumbers, wish I had got different ones from this company. First, I thought the price was high, I know I could of done better, but when your hot water tank goes, you can't afford to wait. I had got 2 estimates and theirs was better than the 1st one I got, however $2,800 for a 40 gallon hot water heater with a vent pump seems pricey to me! There were 2 plumbers that came to do the job. They had to bring the tank in through the bulk head in the back of the house, so it was tight. They took it out of the box first, then brought it in. I heard a big bang when I was upstairs. I went down to investigate and they said nothing happened. I noticed a small dent in the wall and on the top of the tank and the plastic casing on the vent pump had a 6 inch crack in it, I had to tape it up with packing tape so that mice would not get into the warm casing, chew on the wires or nest in there. I didn't want it, but they argued with me and said, a lot of them come from the manufacturer like that and wouldn't switch it out. It was pretty clear that they banged the tank against the wall when they were coming in. I also have a drip tray under the tank. When they put the tank in they put the drain hole right up against the chimney so that I would never be able to get a pan under it if I had to. They didn't take much pride in their work or what they were doing and talked the entire time about everything and anything besides plumbing. They said they didn't even notice the drain hole! Perhaps they wouldn't of had to come back and rectify that if they had paid attention to what they were doing in the first place. I gave this company 1 star because lying and not owning up to your mistakes is extremely unprofessional and poor business practice. I sent a text to the owner stating all of this, with the number we had been communicating with and he never responded to it! If you use this company, I advise you baby sit them and watch everything they do!

They did a great job coming quickly and replacing an old boiler! Would highly recommend.

Enrique is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He is a pleasure to work with, polite and respectful of the clients and the workspace. Very instructive and helpful.

Plumbing Solutions is great! They are my first call for plumbing issues. I only started using them in the past 2 years. They are really easy to schedule, and show up when they say they will. Enrique and Chris were great. You should use them!! They have cleaned out drains, replaced valves and really showed up when we need them. Thanks!!!

Jake our plumber provided us with a quick resolution to our plumbing issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Yakov and Miguel provided great service. They clearly explained what was causing my shower leak and repaired it efficiently and cleanly. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Matt helped coordinate the project and Enrique and miquel were so kind and explained what was happening throughout. Enrique also helped my elderly father get into the bathroom. Thank you.

Jake did a good job & was very courteous. The price for this very small job, however, was outrageously high. I'm second guessing myself for agreeing to it.
