Bullsh*t excuses every attempt to get someone to the house. They have been cleaning and servicing my furnace for 5+ years, now cannot clean furnace because we don't buy oil from them. Final nail in the coffin, will take business elsewhere!

The customer service here is horrendous!! Especially Bridget. Rude, demeaning to women, and just plain irritable. She seems to forget that its her job to serve the customer, not the other way around! (I only gave it one star because this won't post with ZERO stars)

Didn’t even get to an initial estimate as my interaction with Nancy to even schedule a meeting was like pulling teeth. Maybe other people have had a better experience but I was not impressed.

I have used them for 30 years for my oil heat. No problems, always pleasant. Discount for paying with check or cash within 10 days.

Richard's Fuel and Heating was the provider I used for the entire time I had a home in Easthampton. They were honest, competent, timely and ultra professional in all my dealings with them. I highly recommend them.
