We had a bit of a plumbing emergency the Friday before Memorial Day weekend when our sump pump died during all the rain and our basement flooded. We had been recommended to try Shahood and sons and they were able to get out that afternoon and very quickly replaced the sump pump which solved the water issue. Steve and Igor were professional, friendly and efficient. We could not believe how quickly they resolved the issue (maybe 30 mins!!). Highly recommend reaching out for any plumbing needs!

Couldn't be happier. I called the day before a holiday weekend, and our leak was fixed within 24 hours of reaching out.

Honest and fair! They looked out for our best interest instead of trying to get the most money out of us. Their AC supervisor was amazing and the tech was friendly and skilled. The plumber also was looking out for us. This never happens. I am so grateful!

Our central AC stopped working so we called Shahood and a tech (Mary) came out the next day. Our unit is 23 years old so we were convinced it was an end of life situation. But Mary did a very thorough and complete troubleshooting and determined a specific part needed a replacement which she had in her truck. She replaced it and now within an hour, it’s up and working. Not only did she fix the problem and not try to sell us a new unit, she was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I’m putting Shahood in my contacts- they’ve earned a customer for life.

Replaced heating and cooling system. Everyone that worked on the project was extremely professional, hard working, efficient and very nice, The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

The best. Would give 6 stars if I could. Used them for a heat pump install, boiler replacement and new hot water tank while taking advantage of a Mass Save loan. Quick, competitive quote, offered great advice and helped with everything along the way. I received a half dozen quotes (and this is my second time doing a heat loan), but they are by far the best. Great staff and have already referred them to two local friends for smaller jobs (who are totally satisfied). They even took a few minutes to pet my dog every day 😀.

First cold day and the furnace wouldn't turn on. I am a new customer and they sent someone over almost immediately and had the problem fixed in no time. Gabriel was friendly, polite and very professional. I will absolutely use Shahood again!

Had maintenance done on my air handler. Technician was efficient, and the issue was resolved in a short time. Very pleased with the service. I consider the price fair as I have paid more in the past for similar job.

It’s hard to give a definitive rating. The technician, Igor, couldn't identify the source of the first leak, though he did find a second one. There was some initial confusion regarding billing; the company tried to charge me for 1.5 hours of labor ($289 per hour) for the inspection, even though I was quoted a flat $89 dispatch fee. To his credit, Igor spoke with the office to ensure I was only charged the $89 fee as promised. He left for another job with the work unfinished, and I was told to call tomorrow to reschedule. I may need to pay another dispatch fee.

The technician found a dirty flame sensor and addressed it on the spot, then tested the system to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. Clear explanation, efficient work, and a very reasonable service charge. I appreciated the fast response and professionalism.

What a fantastic experience it was, called Saturday morning, technician was at my house withing a few hours and was able to get my burner up and running after replacing a multitude of parts. Great job guys!!
