Once again, Shahood demonstrate exceptional service. The tech (Caleb) arrived as scheduled, was incredibly courteous and diagnosed/addressed the issue in less short order. He also gave some additional advice about the general condition of the system.

We recently had a heat pump installed and couldn’t be happier. Cam and his team did a great job with the installation. They were friendly, respectful, and completed the job on schedule. Behind the scenes, office manager Amanda was extremely helpful with scheduling and completing all the paperwork for the MassSave rebate. Finally, we need to give a special shout out to Cody. After the work was completed, he called just to check in to make sure all the final tweaks were working as expected.

We could not be happier with Shahood and have them programmed into our phones as our go-to plumbing and heating service providers!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark and his team for several plumbing projects, including the installation of new water heaters and the maintenance of our heating and cooling systems. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

From the first consultation, Mark was thorough in assessing our needs and provided clear, detailed explanations of what needed to be done. His vast knowledge of plumbing systems was evident, and he took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel confident in the work that would be performed.

The team worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and left the work areas clean and tidy after each job. The installation of the water heaters was seamless, and I could immediately tell the difference in efficiency and performance afterward. Shahood - and specifically Cam and Cody, did an outstanding job. Furnace was not turning on. Another company came in, played around and said best thing was a new furnace. (No diagnoses of the problem). Shahood had a lower diagnosis/trip fee and actually diagnosed it and fixed it all for 5% of what a new furnace would cost. Outstanding and honest.

We would not hesitate to reach out to Shahood Plumbing again. Our kitchen faucet failed us on a Friday afternoon of an upcoming 3 day weekend. We called the office on Saturday and got the answering service. We did leave a message and we knew that the staff was not going to be in until Monday. We got a call on Monday, early morning and they put us on the schedule for the next day. Ryan came out. He was knowledgable and professional! The conclusion was made to replace the faucet (only 2 yrs old). Ryan gave us a choice of two. He headed out, brought back the two kinds. Installed the one we chose, tested it all, asked if we had any questions and was good to go.
The only negative comment we have is that the repair/replacement was pricey. I am hopeful that this faucet will last longer than 2 years. By the way Shahood DID NOT put in the failed faucet in 2023.

Cody is extremely professional and highly skilled. He quickly diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained everything to me. He is always available and responsive via text and calls. On one occasion, he even came on a weekend to fix the problem. I highly recommend him for any HVAC-related issues.

Absolutely the best. Had a hot water tank failure at 5:30 AM and by 6:15 they were here and working on the installation of a new tank. And cleaned up the water after the tank failure

This was my first time using Shahood & Sons and I was so impressed! Everything from making an appointment to getting the problem fixed was easy. Ryan and Demetri were both nice, polite, and explained to me how they fixed my tub stopper and a water shutoff valve. They also let me know how the new parts work before they left. I couldn't be happier and will definately use this service in the future.

Shahood recently completed an enormous job at my house that ended up spanning more than a year. We added a large addition to our small house, and Shahood put in a new hyper heat pump in my attic, moved my existing furnace, and completely re-ducted the entire lower level of my house. The resulting work has been flawless, and it was truly a joy to work with such professional, knowledgeable people like Cody and Cameron.

We built our house 33 years ago and HVAC has been a nightmare since the first winter here. Our original contractor installed an early-version high efficiency furnace that was constantly turning itself off on the coldest days of the year. I think we consulted every HVAC company in the book and most just charged us to replace various parts that never actually solved the problem. When we finally replaced that furnace, the HVAC company who did the work didn't stand behind it when we had a problem a few months after the install.

It was my contractor who hired Shahood after the original HVAC "professional" he hired first nearly destroyed my brand-new central AC condenser. Shahood was not cheap, but the resulting work has been incredible. Their creatively allowed them to squeeze most of the ductwork to feed the entire first floor of my home behind a single wall in the basement, reducing the number of soffits in the living area of our house. It was truly a work of art.

Now that we're in the middle of a heat wave, I can see what terrific HVAC work is all about. In spite of this crazy-quilt solution involving two kinds of systems and three different zones, my house is cooled evenly all over. There are no warm spots or cold spots, and the whole system is so quiet I can't even hear it running.

Every time I had a question, Cody or Cameron were able to answer it in a way that not only showed their deep understanding of their work, but allowed me to better understand how my own system really works, or how it should work. They were both a pleasure to have around -- they were careful with my furnishings and very respectful of my home, and just really, really nice guys. They showed up immediately when we needed something or had a problem or question.

After 33 years of HVAC problems, I have finally solved one: whom to call when I have a problem with my heating or air conditioning. I can't recommend this company more highly.

No heat call at 9am and tech arrived at 10am. Have to replace the heater unfortunately but can do within a day of two. Prompt and professional!!

Installers were very efficient, communicative and friendly. They introduced me to the control on the heat pump itself which was much easier than the multi-function pentair panel, and has WiFi control for a mobile device. We spent some time talking about sports, kids, and fishing. I highly recommend the company.
