Good price, terrible work. Unable to follow original work order, not delicate around preexisting plants and hacked some to shreds, sprayed weed killer in edge of beds killing grass on edges, be weary of amount of mulch used as well. Hack job

We have used Chaves for about 20 years and have had excellent experiences throughout. New heating system was installed, as well as Mitsubishi AC wall units. Each year the technicians do an excellent job with tune-ups and maintenance. Very friendly and efficient employees. Also, they leave the house very clean each time. This Spring we had the very first female technician (“Bella”), and she was the best! Extremely nice, explained well, thorough work, spent a lot of time ensuring all the AC units were running smoothly. It was a pleasure to meet her. I will request her next time! 😊

After we made our choice in the upgrade, they were able to schedule the work a week out and finished the job in two days. Very clean work with tidy and organized wires, pipes, ductwork and matching. Respectfully laid down carpets and drop cloths on our floors and always arrived right on time. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
