After getting three additional years out of our 16-year-old unit with a cost-effective compressor replacement, it finally gave out. Fortunately, Collin and Jamie came in and replaced our 19-year-old Goodman heat pump with an outstanding 5-ton Bosch 15 SEER2 Energy Star unit, which even qualifies for a Federal tax credit. This new unit has the ability to troubleshoot and provide freon pressure readings without needing to hook up any hoses. Collin and Jamie did a fantastic job with the installation! Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and every detail was handled professionally. Unlike another HVAC company that wanted to remove our attic ladder to install their air handler, they skillfully disassembled the Bosch unit to get it upstairs without needing to do that. After a week of using the new system, Collin checked everything to ensure it was working perfectly. We will definitely reach out to them again in the future.
