Just had Vic out for our regular yearly maintenance and to check if the fixes for the leaks he had identified in our AC system last season were still working. They were!
He is so thorough and only suggests work that he would do if it was his own system! He also does a great job of explaining what’s going on with the system?

Vic showed excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication around what the problems were as well as steps towards resolution. He did a great job explaining the concerns in words that I would understand. High recommendation!

Every experience we’ve had with Druziako has been a positive one. They installed our new heat & ac system & have serviced it. Everyone who has come to our house has been on-time, friendly & helpful. Today Vic serviced our ac & he was on-time, friendly, & helpful.

May 2025- Had another great experience with Vic. He works hard, is clear in his communication and did an excellent job fixing our second A/C issue in less than a year.

July 2024 -Victor was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair our problem with the A/C quickly to get us back up and running which was a godsend during this heat wave.

Eudes & his partner were here for dryer vent service. They were both pleasant, professional. They did a fantastic job. Eudes showed us pictures of the maintenance they worked on.

In today's world finding a reliable provider for a home service is not an easy task. I have always believed that an individuals word or hand shake is their bond. Druziako HVAC was referred to us by a friend and I must say that Druziako has lived up to every possible expectation. they are prompt, courteous, on time, and provided a superior service. I am grateful that they were recommended to us. Not only did we purchase a whole house AC unit we signed up for their annual maintenance plan as well. Yet again, another phenomenal experience with Druziako. Please do yourself (and your HVAC) a favor and don’t go anywhere else. These guys are spectacular.

From the beginning with Jen and then Ed, it was nothing short of perfect. These experiences with all people involved are what makes a company a great company! Personable and easy to talk to and get your questions answered. We hired them to install 5 mini splits in our colonial home. They are patient and willing to work with you to make it a seamless process. Then there's Dennis and the crew! I've never seen a more polite and courteous work crew. Also, they are very clean as they work and when they are done. All the members of the crew had a great sense of humor, all while keeping on a professional level. I would, without a doubt, hire them again in a heartbeat. I strongly recommend this company to anyone. I've actually already shared their info for a coworker. To whoever is reading this at Druziako HVAC Inc., please tell Dennis and the crew thank you and also ask them, "Do you wanna?" They'll get it!

Druziako HVAC installed both our central A/C and tankless hot water system, and now we have them doing preventative maintenance on those systems. Every tech who’s been here has been wonderful. We had a terrific young woman a couple of times, and this year we had Vic, who just could not have been nicer. He was friendly, thorough and explained everything he had done. We are very pleased.

Best experience with a technician by far! Vic was extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients. He was extremely professional and friendly. He provided updates throughout his visit and gave me a recap before departure. While onsite, he connected with the office to get started on quoting future services and needs. At no point did I feel he was being "salesy", which is much appreciated! Not that I want to replace the units, but when we do, I'll happily have Vic and team do the work!

Outstanding work by Druziako HVAC installing a 3-ton, 4-zone mini split system. Ed provided a quote that was very competitive with two other suppliers. Sizing of equipment was accurate, and all details of the job were explained and written up in detail. He even contacted the manufacturer to get specifics on the control system. Denys and crew did the installation and were very courteous and professional. Denys kept me informed of work status and asked appropriate questions regarding routing of cable and cooling lines which turned out look esthetically pleasing from the exterior. Tyson performed all of the controls work and despite some issues with equipment he stuck with the problem, solved the issue and completed the installation flawlessly. The office provided all info on rebates and warranties and gave up to date messaging during the initial quote and installation. Overall, a five-star review and would recommend them to others.

I was referred to Druziako HVAC by a local Facebook group by a few people. The number of recommendations had me consider them in my small group of prioritized providers. From the start, We were provided prompt and thoughtful service. When the representative came to discuss our particular situation, he made us aware of the quality of our existing system broiler, what our options were, upfront about the cost options and their values based on our household structure, and even provided information about a Mass Save program that made our new AC system more affordable. The icing on the cake was that they also Facilitated the Mass Save application process. They answered all of our questions, reassured us where they could, provided updates when mass was responding slowly. Truly, I couldn’t have expected any better service. Everyone we interacted with treated us like valued customers. I was really impressed. Our new system is working great and we’ve received our Mass Save rebate. Thank you Druziako HVAC!

The company was super responsive. Providing details on there hourly rate. The technician Vic came in to assess and was super informative.
