Maids R Us is the best cleaning service we have tried.. and we tried many. Never had a cancellation. I come home to a tidy house and the team goes way beyond doing their job. The house is spotless. The team is truly professional, responsive and top quality. Most importantly, everybody from Maids R Us is completely trustworthy and I never had an issue in many years of service. I really do not know how could I do without them!!!! Very grateful customer.

Hidden away in an industrial park is a fantastic carpet cleaning business. I brought in a very old oriental rug that had been passed down to me and needed some serious cleaning. Marvin took great care of my rug—he hand-washed the entire piece, managed to get out some really tough, old pet stains, applied protective treatment, and even fixed up the fringe and bindings. The turnaround was quick—I dropped it off one evening and it was ready just a few days later. The service isn’t cheap, but you can really see the value in the quality work and attention to detail. My antique rug looks fresh and vibrant again, almost like new!

Town & Country Carpet Cleaning showed up right when they said they would and gave us a thorough check of our wet carpets. Roger and Marvin used special tools to find where water had soaked into the carpets and even checked the walls and cabinets for any damage. They did a fantastic job cleaning and treated the carpets so they looked fresh and felt dry again. The team even took extra care moving heavy furniture, like a piano, to make sure everything was cleaned properly. Roger and Marvin truly went the extra mile to make our home feel comfortable again. I called Town & Country Carpet Cleaning because I needed carpet and upholstery cleaning done quickly while the kids were out of the house. It was a big job with a large sectional, two chairs, two area rugs, three bedrooms, and the finished basement, so I was not sure it could be scheduled so fast. Derek came out for a walkthrough within about an hour, gave me a clear estimate right away, and set the job for the next morning. He was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with from start to finish. The cleaning was thorough, and you could really see the difference in the carpet fibers, rugs, and upholstery once everything was finished. The whole house felt fresher, the rooms looked brighter, and the furniture came out beautifully clean. I also appreciated that the final price came in a little below the quote. It was a great experience working with a small business that offers responsive service, careful inspection, and quality carpet and upholstery cleaning. I would gladly call again for future cleaning needs.

A few days ago we had water damage in our basement, and we called for emergency carpet cleaning and drying service around midnight. The crew arrived quickly, around 1 AM, and worked for several hours to extract the water, clean the affected carpet, and start the drying process. They were very experienced, professional, and helpful the whole time. They set up 3 air movers and 3 dehumidifiers to fully dry the basement and protect the carpet and flooring. By the third day, the space looked and felt like nothing had happened. They also made the insurance process much easier and were great to work with from start to finish. We have dealt with basement water issues before, and there is usually a musty smell left behind, but this time the carpet cleaning and drying were done right. There is no odor at all, and the basement smells fresh and clean. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning, water extraction, and flood cleanup.
