Roger did a great job steam cleaning our carpets and treating a stubborn sticky silly putty spot that we could not get out on our own. The area had been there a long time, and the deep carpet cleaning saved us from having to patch or replace that section. He also pointed out that our tile grout was much dingier than it should have been. Since we were not the original owners, we had no idea what the grout color was supposed to look like. After the grout and tile cleaning, we were pleasantly surprised to see the color come back and blend much better with the room. He uses professional carpet cleaning tools, including a black light to find pet urine spots, and then he gives those areas the proper stain removal and deodorizing treatment. The whole service felt thorough, knowledgeable, and worth it. While it is not the lowest cost option, it is far more affordable than replacing carpet or repairing damaged areas, and the results made a big difference in how clean and fresh our home feels.

We had an excellent experience with Marvin and his team. Our upstairs has very old light-colored carpet that we want to maintain for a few more years while our kids are young. The carpet had many stains from the previous owners. We tried using a wet carpet cleaning machine, but it didn’t really help with the stains. I was a little unsure if the dry cleaning would make a difference, but Marvin was happy to do a sample first to show us the results. The customer service was fantastic. I am extremely pleased with how it turned out. Our carpet looks nearly new! And the price is just amazing! We will definitely have our carpet cleaned at least once a year now.

He put pads under the heavy furniture to help the carpets dry faster. Roger answered all my questions and even gave me helpful tips I hadn't considered. He noticed some deep stains and was able to get them out with a second treatment. He also let me know that if any stains come back because of wicking, I can call and they'll come back to fix it.
