We had several things done to a single-family house, including siding pressure wash, deck washing and vinyl fence cleaning.
The service was 5-star for the entire process, from scheduling, getting a quote and timely execution with customer service always available for any follow-up questions. The end result was also great.

I called Hi Cleaners to help at my mother's home doing a soft roof wash due to growing moss and lichen. They came right out and gave me a fair estimate, provided their insurance certificate and were doing the work with a few days. While on site they recognized and sent pictures of other problem area which I would have missed. They cleaned everything up and were extremely polite to my mother who was worried about her roof. They gave her some peace and did a great job. Give them a call!

HiCleaners transformed my house! Sparkling clean- it never looked so good. The people who did the job were courteous and made sure my garden beds were protected. Best customer service too- they responded quickly and made sure I was happy with all. They operate with total transparency, breaking out all options. Even tho' it was over 6 months before I accepted their proposal they honored all the original pricing even though prices has gone up. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with HiCleaners. They just power washed the vinyl siding on our single family house and cleaned our old basketball hoop that was covered in stubborn grime. I live in a high top floor condo in a large period house. This year our condo association hired HiCleaners to clean our long neglected gutters. They did a really great job, very detailed and without cutting corners to save time. I asked the owner if they do windows too and was happy to hear that they do. Two young men from the company came to do my 15 large windows today and were courteous and professional, and definitely took pride in their work. HiCleaners rates are reasonable and they provide top notch service. I will use them again for sure.

We've used HiCleaners on a number of occasions over the last few years and they've always done a great job. Specific to our last service Veni was incredibly thorough, and offered good advice regarding our home's maintenance. Their services are fairly priced, and when they're done the house looks new.

Hi Cleaners has done a great job with our gutters. Another company said they could no longer service our home because of the height and awkward ladder placement, but these guys have had no issues. They also did a soft wash of the exterior stucco that made a huge difference in the appearance of our home. They have great customer service!

They did a great job cleaning my house and gutters. They even cleaned the solar panels on my roof and everything looks good as new. Alexander cleaned quickly and efficiently and Vasko in their office was very responsive and helpful. Prices were reasonable - definitely recommend using these guys.

This is the second time I used HiCleaners to wash my roof and windows, power wash the siding and patio, and clean gutters. I received a very timely and detailed estimate from Ivan. On 8/5/25 one of your employees power washed a house on Templeton Parkway in Watertown, MA. When he finished he was parked in the van and ready to leave. I live across the street and asked if he could wash the outside of a few kitchen windows on the 1st and 2nd floor of my home. He was willing to do it with a smile, professional and polite! I didn't get his name but would recommend HiCleaners based on my experience with him.

HiCleaners did a great job for me. I needed to have my gutters cleaned out and I also needed a mossy spot on my roof cleaned. I sent them a note via their website to request a quote on the weekend and within an hour or so, I had a reply back from Ivan via call, text, and email. I texted back and forth and sent pictures of my home so they could provide an accurate quote. The next day, Monday, I received my quote and they came out on Wednesday afternoon to take care of everything. The price was great as was the quality of work.

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience booking the HiCleaners crew! They showed up right on time, answered all my new homeowner questions, and did a super thorough job cleaning our gutters. Special shoutout to Vasko, who went above and beyond by fixing a disconnected downspout left by the previous owners. Definitely planning to book these guys again in the fall!

We had HiCleaners clean out our gutters and clean off our roof (strictly speaking, the front half) to remediate some mold/moss that had started growing on the shingles. Both jobs were done professionally and on-time.

Vasko came out to do the roof washing and sprayed the roof with a solution to kill the mold/moss and prevent it from growing any more. Upon arrival he said that our roof wasn't that large and that he would spray down the front side of the house too free of charge. He also noticed some lichen growing on our front stairs in our garden and treated/cleaned that up as well (see photos before and after), again free of charge.

On both jobs, they took time before they started to carefully explain what they would do (and check if we had any questions), and then did likewise upon completion.

I would definitely use HiCleaners again.
