Zach, who was the gentleman who pressure washed my house, did a great job on it and left lit looking like new. Second time I use their services. Very happy with the HiCleaners team from start to finish. Highly recommend them.

I live in Cambridge. My gutters were very clogged even though there are no trees right around the roof. Ivan from HiCleaners came the next day as my downspouts were leaking and he fixed it plus another one I didn’t know was leaking. He is so knowledgable and kind. I will use him from now on!

I recently hired Hi Cleaners for a softwash service, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Firstly, after they removed the gutter guards, I found screws scattered all over my property, posing a significant safety hazard. Additionally, I discovered a section of the gutter guard lodged in one of my trees, which is just unacceptable.

Secondly, there were clumps of bleach powder or gel left on my deck. These clumps ate through some of the sealant, causing noticeable damage. The siding also had large sections that were not properly rinsed, leaving unsightly streaks all over.

To make matters worse, I paid an extra $10 per window to have the windows cleaned. However, half of them were left with bleach cleaner streaks because they weren’t rinsed properly. The photo I took clearly shows the poor quality of the window cleaning.

Overall, the service was subpar, and the carelessness of the Hi Cleaners team caused more problems than it solved. I regret hiring them and suggest looking elsewhere for a more professional and thorough cleaning service.

The guys were amazing! Ted and Joe removed snow from my roof and shoveled my deck in Stoneham, MA. I highly recommend HiCleaners and will hire them for power washing services in the spring. Five stars

Team came out fast and did a great job cleaning over 16 inches of snow off our roof! Really appreciated how careful but thorough they were. They cleaned the walkways afterwards as much snow had been taken off the roof.

HiCleaners provided excellent service on many counts. We used them for installation of gutter guards which was done carefully and efficiently. They also power washed our house, removing a lot of green algae and soft washed our roof which had some moss accumulation. They did a superb job all around. Also impressive is their great communication and dependability. Call them! You won't regret it.

We love M&N Cleaning. Neilson and Marie are wonderful people. Our 5000 sq ft home can be challenging to clean but their team knocks it out in a couple hours every two weeks. The house is spotless when they are done and they are not bothered when we ask for an unusual cleaning request. They are thorough, efficient, trustworthy and willingly observe all required COVID saftey protocols. We love the little touches that make us feel like we are in a high class hotel.
