The carpet cleaning service was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out, and I know I’ll use them again when I need my carpets cleaned in the future. I mostly worked with Derek, who was always quick to respond, extremely helpful, and did a wonderful job on the bedroom carpet in the rental I was moving out of. Derek and his teammate did an amazing job making the carpet look fresh and clean. There were a few stains from my small dog, but after they finished, the stains were completely gone and I was able to get my full pet deposit back. I also had them clean my 8x10 wool rug, which had a couple of spots from dog urine. When I got the rug back, it smelled fresh, the stains were gone, and the spots looked so much better! Derek explained that wool rugs can be tricky to clean, especially after stains have set in, but he still managed to make it look great and exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and look forward to working with them again whenever I need carpet or rug cleaning in Malden.

We had a fantastic experience with Town & Country Carpet Cleaning. My wife and I wanted to have our carpets cleaned and get an estimate. We stopped by and were happy with the quote for the carpet cleaning. Derek gave us helpful advice about different carpet cleaning methods, making it easier for us to choose the best option for our home. The next morning, I brought in our area rugs as planned. The business is supposed to open at 9:00, but Derek arrived a bit later than expected. Even so, he was very helpful and assisted me in bringing the rugs inside. We were told the cleaning would take 4 or 5 days, but we were pleasantly surprised when we got a call just 8 hours later letting us know everything was done! We hurried over to pick up our freshly cleaned rugs, and they looked amazing—better than we expected. The carpets felt soft, looked bright, and smelled fresh. Derek even helped us load everything back into the car. Overall, except for the short wait in the morning, our experience was excellent. If we ever need carpet cleaning again, we know exactly where to go.

The technician called ahead to let us know they were arriving a bit earlier than planned, which was very helpful. Before starting, Derek explained the carpet cleaning process and made sure we understood everything. We had moved some furniture to help make the job easier, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The carpets look fantastic now, and both my son and I are really happy with how clean everything turned out. We're excited to surprise my wife when she gets home and sees how fresh the carpets look. Really pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

Hi Cleaners installed gutter guards and treated my roof at a reasonable price. The work was done on the scheduled date. I wasn't home when the work was done but they sent me pictures to document their work. Highly recommend.

Another great job from HI Cleaners. They cleaned my roof of moss, washed my siding and decks. They got here quickly and did the job well for a fair price. Will definitely use again.

Vasko and his team did a great job with pressure washing of my house. Every surface was cleaned from top to bottom! They were extremely responsive, on time and thorough. They deserve the five stars. I will book a gutter cleaning in a month.

The HiCleaners team (Chris and Timmy) did an excellent job. The house, patio, walkways, gutters and windows - thoroughly and professionally cleaned and very pleasant, professional service was provided. The one disappointment is that the outside of a few of the windows dried with lots of soapy water spots so they don't look good when the sun shines on them. This was frustrating but I still gave 5 stars because the rest of the cleaning was so well done and I still recommend HiCleaners.

Very prompt, polite and detail-focused. Even on a cold day, HiCleaners cheerfully climbed high on a ladder to power-wash the moss from my roof and remove a couple years’ of leaves from our 2nd-story gutters. It was a job well done!

Unfortunately we forgot the name of the technician who came by, but he came to our home on the morning of September 1st. Happy with the work that they did. They were very responsive, caring, and friendly. He also noticed that a shingle up on our roof had fallen off, so he took a picture of it and showed us. We really appreciated that he went out of his way to inform us. He also was very efficient with the work. We’re overall very satisfied with his work and I recommended him to my cousin.

This was the second time we've had HiCleaners out for a softwash and the fourth time to have our gutters cleaned. They did an excellent job and were very communicative when they arrived - even made sure a package we had not yet brought in was taken inside before they started. Very friendly and efficient through the whole process! We got a call back on setting up the service within ~15 minutes of reaching out. Pricing is reasonable and they were able to schedule us for the following week.
