Knowledgeable, timely and courteous, he answered all my questions in detail and made me feel comfortable with my yard decisions, I had never heard of red velvet fungus, but he explained so I understood and took the extra time to ensure my yard was properly treated. Nicholas stopped to answer questions I had about the aeration and overseeding. He was thorough and careful, working around the sprinklers we marked ahead of time. At one point he accidentally pulled up a little Lawn area. He stopped, got off the machine and repaired the area. Good job.

New to truly lawn. I called at least 4 other lawn care services and they were the most reasonable. They were prompt in the response with an estimate and so far we have had 3 treatments and the lawn looks great. Our technician has been very good!

These guys have been great to deal with. Another lawn company ruined my grass so I called Truly Lawn for some help and guidance. They were able to help me get my lawn back and it looks the best it ever has.

Just started working with Truly Lawn and so far the service has been terrific. Patrick answered all my questions with timely responses and phone calls after I submitted my initial inquiry online. I spoke to Dan at Truly Lawn, he was very professional and told me about the services he would provide. He did not pressure me in anyway to sign a contract. The nice thing about Truly Lawn was that they sent me the addresses of existing customers in my neighborhood. I actually found that helpful as I spoke to two existing customers who gave me positive feedback. Aat that point I hired Truly Lawn. Hoping it will be a long lasting experience.

Charles did a great job! He was sure to avoid cables running underground while performing core-aeration and did a great job over-seeding my lawn. Very friendly too.

Truly Lawn has my lawn looking better than it has in years. By now, I would be seeing weeds and crabgrass all over, but I haven't seen a hint of crabgrass and the weeds are far and few between. The grass is looking great!

Edit: Now at the end of summer, I can say that although some crabgrass did show up, it is less than previous years. I am hopeful with continued treatment, I will be rid of crabgrass.
Charles has done a great job! He aerated and overseeded so hopefully that will fill in bare spots.

Edit 2: Nicholas did a great job applying Fall fertilizer and lime treatment!

Charlie and Tom performed aeration on my lawn this morning at the agreed upon scheduled time. Absolutely fantastic job that I am sure will result in a significant improvement to my lawn.

We are returning customers this year and I have loved the experience. I can easily communicate via text to confirm appointments or ask questions. Plus, our torn up and dried out lawn is now healthy and green! I look forward to continuing my services into next year!

Right on time for my Fall lawn treatment.
Printed out a few suggestions regarding treatment of grubs, and options.
We did recently notice more raccoons and skunks digging grubs, so we definitely will call for a grub treatment! Thanks so much for giving us a heads up and noticing some concerns!

So far, so good with Truly Lawn. This is my first year working with them on my lawn and I am 100 percent satisfied with them. The communication has been great for when the service will be performed.
