Man of his word? Hmmm...this guy will have loads of excuses, but basically planted two trees for us which both died and then ghosted us when we asked for a replacement to be dropped off so we could plant it ourselves. Total waste.

This team is completely focused on your satisfaction . High level of collaboration & devotion to full scope of project down to even the smallest detail , willing go take on other tasks as project continued , meticulous skill& experience , respectful of owners , tenants & neighborhood , communicative , no short cuts & always completely cleaned up after every workday .

I have called this person multiple times and asked for a quote for spring clean up. He finally came to see the property but never sent a quote or gave an appointment for the work. He claims he is “very busy.” That means he clearly doesn’t need any new customers and nobody needs to contact him for any job. Poorly responsive and unprofessional. Would not recommend him to anybody.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Medford Landscape Design. Met a tight deadline at a reasonable price and did some really great work. They approached the project holistically and creatively solved the problem at hand while taking care of some other related ones without direct prompting - all while being careful, attentive listeners. Most contract jobs end in some type of frustration or settling for something far from ideal and it was the exact opposite experience with Medford Landscape!

Allen and his crew were awesome. Communication was great, the landscaping/spring clean up was terrific and the price was reasonable!! I highly recommend this company!

Alan came to my home and provided a verbal estimate over 4 weeks ago. I requested a written estimate be emailed and then to be scheduled the work as soon as possible. I called him weekly and he promised me weekly to email me the estimate and schedule the job. I have now called him almost daily just to get a response and he has not even bothered to return my call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will not be using his services and would not recommend them to anyone else. What he does not know is that I had 2 other neighbors waiting to see his work and possible hire him for their properties.

We had been searching for a landscaper for our little patio for the longest time. Thank god for Allan. He not only followed our instructions closely, but even gave his own suggestions which ended up being amazing. If you are looking for a good landscaper at great value... look no further. The buck stops with Allan :)

I had Allan and his team plant 15+ arborvitae for me. He guaranteed the trees and said if they died in the first year he would replace them. I followed his watering and care instructions but we lost some of the trees. After letting him know a handful of the trees have died I never heard from him again. I attempted to call him and email him for over a month. I would have been happy to plant the trees myself if he had honored his word and provided the replacements. I had a professional come and evaluate and confirm the trees were dead. I would not recommend this service and highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Allan was super helpful when we did a refresh of our backyard and front door area in Somerville. He provided great initial suggestions and helped us adjust that plan to our taste. Was always responsive, timely, and even followed up a few weeks later to make sure we were happy with everything. Excellent service.
