Mik from GreenLine was wonderful at explaining what happened to the vents at my house. He made sure I understood the issues that I could have for not cleaning them often. He also pointed out that the exterior screen on the vent isn’t recommended because it can trap lint and cause airflow issues, which was really helpful to know. Had some serious chimney crown damage after last winter's freeze thaw cycle. The concrete was cracking and letting water seep down into the house which was causing stains on the ceiling. Quincy Air Duct, Dryer Vent & Chimney Services came out and rebuilt the whole crown properly with the right slope so water runs off instead of pooling. Looks great now and no more leaks.

Can’t remember the tech’s name, but he was great. Took care of the chimney sweep, explained the creosote buildup, and gave advice on future maintenance. No pressure and price matched the phone estimate.
