Reggie's Oil Co. services our central a/c system annually. We have always received exemplary professional service. The technicians have always been punctual and detail oriented. Their website says same day emergency oil delivery if you run out. I gave them a call and you have to be a customer - I understand that's their policy - however I was willing to become a customer - oh well. On to the next one.

I had a very bad experience with the company . I had requested for them to come over a month ago to fix the furnace. They fixed it but didnt give me any information on why it didn't work or how to prevent from recurring again. Leaving me ignorant. I didnt think anything of it since the apartment is under contract with them for service. 2 days ago the same problem happened again. This time they want to charge me a service charge to come fix it. This was preventable if they had informed me of the problem and how to not let it happen again last time they were here. So be warned if they are going to hire them or contract them to service you.

Ran out of oil overnight on one of the coldest nights of the year. Reggie's Oil came out to our address only a couple hours after our morning phone call and filled us up despite their enormous demand. Fair price and amazing service, we will not only continue to use their services, but will surely recommend them to others. Thanks guys you saved our animals and our hides!

A1 service. Prices for repair are very reasonable. Tech came out and repaired my furnace and was very professional and explained in detail the issues. Very good customer service. Owner is a wonderful guy and will take his time to help you. Can’t beat his repair prices!

Called for “emergency service” after moving into a new house and the boiler wouldn’t fire. The tech that called me said not having hot water doesn’t classify as an emergency. It’s the middle of summer, who is calling in emergency service for heating? Technician just didn’t want to do their job.
