I didn’t realize I was out of oil–it’s the middle on a snow storm and I called EVERYWHERE for an emergency delivery. Everyone I called said earliest they could come was the next day. THANK YOU REGGIES !!! They were more than willing to come out!! Looking forward to keeping business with them !

Reggie’s oil It a great company to work with. We have been customers for 4 years and today we had to call when our heat wasn’t working after a below zero night and the demands were extremely high. Joe and his son Matt came out after 7pm and working all day and found the problem and fixed It! Very hard workers as well as personable.

This company restores faith in customer service! I've had a contract w them for nearly three years and recently experienced a flood w 7.5 feet of water. It knocked out my heat and introduced concerns of freezing pipes in subzero weather. James came to my house and literally climbed the walls to get to the problem. Joe answered the phone and talked me through still additional flood introduced problems at 3am. Patti was wildly helpful in billing -- the vast majority of which was covered as I have a contract w Reggie's. In short, it's been a difficult period and Reggie's Oil was a beacon of help. Other companies did the bare minimum. Reggie's Oil went above and beyond at every turn. They are why you go local. I can't recommend them enough. When times are tough, this company can be counted on.

I called to order oil and the guy says that I need to do a credit check, I hung up. Slightly hilarious, I’ve never heard that before.. but I wouldn’t be surprised he discriminated

Woke up in a snowstorm to an empty oil tank. Called my oil provider and there was no answer. There was an automated message saying they opened at 8 AM. Called Reggie‘s and Joe got someone out right away to fill up our tank. Needless to say, we switched companies. You don’t really think about your oil company until you need them and these guys came through.

Reliable and friendly company. Delivery was quick, and the staff had a great attitude. Very professional service. I feel confident using them for all my heating oil needs.

This business will only do business with you once you've set up an account. Called in need of furnace repair and basically was told we'd be cold until the workweek - guess I'll keep looking!

I have them replaced my boiler in the attic. It’s been more than a year and everything is going well.

Don't waste your time on these folks, rude on the phone and can't even call back as promised. They lost out on a new gas boiler install.

They are kind but Overly charged, one of them did say they will come back to finish the job on the same day but never did and came the next day. They charged us 10 hours for $2300 labor fees.

Website says appointments available and that they install and service Rheem heat pump water heaters. Called today and they aren’t taking new customers and don’t work with heat pumps at all. Move on.
