Everything that could be wrong with the plumbing in my bathroom was wrong, and Charlie and Julien fixed everything same day after assessing the issues. They were so nice, so helpful, and did an amazing job I will 100% be calling them back if I ever need any more plumbing work done again. 100% would recommend to a friend. We needed new faucets installed in the master bathroom. The whole process was smooth and very professional from the get go! The Team did a great job with communication and Chris, the on-site technician, was friendly, professional, and even took the time to explain a few things to me! Thanks!

Tom was great in taking care of the heater situation in our program. He understood the problem, addressed it and was very friendly. At the end he made sure that I know what the issue was and that it had been fixed.

I woke up this morning to a flooded basement. Called Boston Budget and told them it was emergency. Nick and Charlie explained that I needed a new water heater and told me what my option were. Heater installed same day with excellent service by two nice guys!

Tim, Hai, and Chris did a fantastic job fixing our pipes at our nonprofit organization. They came out the same day and assessed the issue and were able to come back the next day and fix it. It was very involved but they were transparent and professional from start to finish and I appreciate the photos and videos that were included with the final invoice. Highly recommend and would use again!

I’ve met the owner Tom 10 years ago just searching for plumbers online when I initially started my own general contractor business. He came out within 24 hours as promised, gave me a reasonable quote and I hired him immediately. He was very attentive, professional, and did wonderful work. The crew are always professional and extremely friendly. From my personal experience, Boston Budget Plumbing is very reliable, affordable, and knowledgeable. Prompt and professional service. When our heat went out over the weekend, Boston Budget Plumbing came over to fix our boiler in less than an hour. Friendly staff and good prices.

We had a midnight water heater emergency on Friday night. Charlie S. was here within 12 hours (noon on Saturday) and had a new water heater installed by 4 pm that day. He was excellent to work with, and we appreciate the quick turnaround after our call with Jan to set up the service.

Connor and Ed came out to fix a leak under my sink. They were both professional and friendly from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were informative when explaining the work that needed to be done. I would absolutely use Boston Budget again for plumbing services.

First of all I must admit that “ Boston Budget “ was not my first choice ! That will never happen again ! The ease with making the appointment was a pleasure - then they were at my location within an hour ! The 2 technicians that showed up were professional , extremely knowledgeable and very polite !! They kept me well informed at all times throughout the job !! I can’t say enough good things about both Connor and Nick ! We needed to replace a kitchen faucet and Boston Budget Plumbing, Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job for us. I’d like to thank the team, Huan and Julien for their professionalism and their thorough service. They also installed a new water heater for us in a very efficient manner which was just as impressive. Definitely worth recommending.

These are the 4 men that came out to service the leak in my bathroom. This leak stemmed from the bathroom toilet above my unit and the leak was hitting my toilet every time the toilet was being flushed.
They did a great job!! I was particularly impressed by how they cleaned the area as they were working..they also kept me informed and didn't sugar coat the issue. I will most definitely keep Boston Budget Plumbing in mind for when I become a homeowner.

Charlie and Hai were both incredibly professional and efficient. They diagnosed 2 broken faucets and fixed it in less than 2 hours! Best part, they came prepared with tools, replacement parts and even faucets! Thank you again guys.

I love Boston Budget Plumbing I had a toilet that wouldn't fill and a shut off valve that was leaking. Technician Nick was great. He diagnosed the problems quickly and gave me different options. His knowledge of plumbing was impressive. The toilet tank had a hairline crack and he was able to repair this and also replace the filling mechanism. Like all Boston Budget technicians he was very courteous and professional. He also told me about possible improvements to make in my HVAC filtration system.

Incredible service. Had a significant main sewer line issue that multiple other emergency plumbers were perfectly happy to ignore as it just got worse and worse (and we get kept getting back flow out the toilet and tub during rain events). But Boston Budget had their team out at our building literally all day, calling in support to scope the line and eventually discovering the real issue - corroded pipes under the house and a collapsed lateral. Within a week and a half, we not only had our basement main sewer line fully replaced at a reasonable price, but they also referred us to a city rebate program to cover the cost of the lateral replacement. Professionals through and through, and extremely communicative while coordinating many moving pieces (different crews, city inspectors, unit owners, etc.). Tom’s and Nick’s work in the basement is a thing of beauty, and I’m so thankful that Chris and Ed took the time to fully diagnose the issues we were having, rather than just throwing a snake down the line and taking our money without fixing the problem.
