Matt and team were amazing! They serviced all three of our HVAC units that needed a lot of love. They were extremely clean and respectful of my home and they explained what was going on in a way I could understand. Highly recommend!

Matt and Brandon came on a Saturday to fix my heat ahead of a storm. My boiler had been seen by about 3 other companies for intermittent outages but only Matt properly diagnosed the issue. Not only diagnosed but was able to get parts same day and keep my home from freezing. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Matt and his crew at Home Comfort Solutions. I replaced a 35-year-old furnace and a 15-year-old AC system with a heat pump and a new AC system.. The work was difficult - in a crawl space with an old duct system that had not been put in properly years ago. Despite these tough circumstances, they did beautiful work, came promptly at 8 a.m., two days in a row, got our heat back on by the first day, gave thorough instructions about the operation of the "smart" thermostat, and worked with MassSave to get us a rebate. They cleaned up everything when they left and were generous with the pets they gave our Golden Retrievers. I recommended them to our town energy committee should someone be looking to install a heat pump or have any kind of HVAC work done in their home or office..

Brandon was awesome. He was here less than 24 hours after I made contact and thoroughly troubleshot my HVAC system. He diagnosed and fixed an issue with my Unico air handler and Navien. Everything is working great now.

Matt and Brandon just literally saved our lives. We have a unit that was not installed correctly. We have been fighting with the company that installed it, as the heat stopped working our first winter with a new system but they went out of business and we were unable to reach anyone. It was clear we needed to find someone new so we were getting estimates from a few places to fix. We found Matt through word of mouth and had been given an estimate on a Friday morning. The heat went out Friday night before the extreme cold on Saturday. Matt and Brandon came and did hours of work on their weekend to fix our unit. A plus communication and competency. So incredibly grateful, as we have little kids and this situation would have been ten times more stressful without Matt.

I had been without heat since Saturday morning, after exhausting all YouTube videos I determined I wouldn’t be able to fix this myself!
They were able to get my furnace up and running very quickly!
Matt gave me many different options which I liked! My furnace is 23 years old and it is time to replace it. I decided to have him fix it and plan for a new one in the spring!
It was such a pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable and HONEST! Matt will be installing a new one! I would not want anyone else!!

Our call went out on a Sunday for a “no heat” service call….not an emergency situation but we did want to address the issue promptly.
A appointment was made for Monday morning. Matt did an excellent job diagnosing and correcting the issue with the furnace. He was on-time, efficient, and knowledgeable about the heating (and plumbing) devices in the home. I would recommend Matt and his company without hesitation.

I’m late to write this review, but I’m truly so happy with the results over the season that I had to come back and make sure to write this!!

Matt came by in a SERIOUS pinch in the middle of winter last season and replaced our gas valve like an absolute pro. This was after YEARS of bandaid solutions and technicians upselling us on solutions we didn’t need.

Matt came by at an ungodly hour, took a quick look at the situation and diagnosed the true problem with ease. He stayed and worked on it to make sure that our home stayed warm for the night and for the season. We haven’t had any issues since and I am very excited to work with him for our summer AC rework!

Matt and Home Comfort Solutions is, hands down, the best company around for the work they do! The pricing and flexibility of Matt and the team is second to none, let alone the quality of work (which is impeccable!)

Matt was great. He went above and beyond to diagnose the problem, provide alternative remedies, schedule and execute the repairs and replacements on very short notice- I had a flight to catch in less than 24 hours from the time I contacted Home Comfort Solutions with an urgent HVAC issue.

Matt also took the time to explain everything so that I fully understood the scope and severity of the issues with my HVAC system and was able to make an informed decision.

Had a fantastic experience with Home Comfort Solutions LLC - my husband and I came back from a trip in winter to a 49 degree house. Matt left his trip to come get us up and running with heat as quickly as possibly. The situation ended up being worse than anticipated, resulting in the need to order replacement parts. Matt and Brandon went to extra mile to get us squared away and avoids spending another night in a hotel. So grateful and highly recommend!!!

Replaced both of my shower valves!!

I stumbled across Matt and Home Comfort Solutions when looking into HVAC needs, however I randomly mentioned to Matt I was having some plumbing issues and he said they can help with that too!

They replaced the shower valve in both of my bathrooms and updated them with a new system and even added access doors so that any future needs wont require cutting into an access wall

It was such a pleasant surprise and Im so happy with the work. No more leaky showers!! Please note that the unfinished work around the access door is on me! We asked them to leave the painting and finishing work to us (gotta mix more paint!). Matt graciously offered to finish it out but also respected our wishes to do it ourselves! He was very good to us, thanks Matt

I’d definitely recommend going with Home Comfort Solutions for any of your HVAC or Plumbing needs. Matt is a very transparent open honest contractor. I’ve had the pleasure of of doing business with Home Comfort Solutions on multiple projects and will be using them for any future project in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Matt and his team. I reached out to a larger, corporately owned heating company and got a quote of over 100k for heat pumps in my 3 family. A friend recommended I reach out to Home Comfort Solutions for a second opinion and they were able to do it for HALF what the other company quoted me at. The work was top quality, the system works great and all of the guys who worked on my house were awesome, very conscientious and mindful of my tenants and neighbors. They also helped me navigate the rebates, which would have been difficult without some guidance. I recommend these guys 10/10.

Matt, Brandon and Nick of HCS LLC took an *extremely technical and difficult job* and made it look easy!

Nine zones, three condensers... in one residential property!! The three guys at HCS took every unique circumstance of our home and property/situation into account from the proposal process to installation day.

I included a picture I took while they were installing it compared to the finished product and WOW... I couldn't be happier with how clean the install was. Minimal outside line hiding was ideal, and the functionality of the units is simply unmatched. Matt and the gang helped to guide us to which units were right for us and they did not lead us astray!

This was an extraordinarily challenging job that was daunting to other providers in the area. Finding Matt, Brandon and Nick was just what we needed, because for the three of them - This was another job to knock out of the park (and they did just that!!!)

Matt and Brandon did an excellent job replacing my a/c and furnace. They were both very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail throughout the whole process. Matt came out and explained what happened to my heating system and the explained what repairs needed to be done.
