Matt is the best HVAC guy in the business. Always a phone call away to either troubleshoot or fix the hvac systems at my properties. Over the last 3 years I have used him multiple times. He is honest with trouble shooting and will find you the cheapest and most efficient option to fix your system. I have also used him to replace an entire unit handler and condenser, was in and out in a day and it runs perfect. I couldn’t recommend a better guy for your HVAC needs.

I'm a general contractor with a customer who was looking to add air conditioning to a beautifully detailed, victorian two family in Dorchester. Two other HVAC contractors passed on the job before I met Matt of Home Comfort Solutions. He patiently worked with the owner and me to understand our expectations and then explained the pros, cons, and costs of the many possible solutions.

Based on his vast knowledge and experience, he designed and installed two mini split systems that not only work great, but also blend into the architecture of the old victorian. Taking pride in their work, Matt and his team put in the extra effort to implement the best solution for the customer instead of the easiest to install. Throughout the entire project it was evident that Matt is passionate about HVAC and delivering a great product that his customers will enjoy.

Home Comfort Solutions provided a one stop solution. Matt not only provided the HVAC design and installation, his crew also took care of the electrical work, carpentry, painting, and final cleaning. After the installation, he met with the owners to train them on the systems and answer any questions they had. Matt also explained the Mass Save Rebates and Federal Tax credits available. He put us in contact with his Mass Save contact to start the rebate process.

I will definately use Matt and Home Comfort Solutions Again. He provided a detailed quote and completed the project without any surpises at the end. Just as important he worked to ensure the owner was excited about their new HVAC systems.

Matt put an HVAC unit in my condo in a major time crunch. We had less than 1 week to get it done. He figured out permitting, logistics, and rebating. He even got a crane scheduled to lift the compressor on our roof. He also did a great job guiding me on HVAC models. He is a true all in one service. There also was an issue with one of his sub contractors, and he immediately took responsibility and financially made it right. I will use him again for any HVAC need.

Matt came out to do an estimate for a replacement for our HVAC system because it hasn't been heating/cooling properly.

After I gave him the symptoms and he inspected my set up, he suggested a diagnostic instead and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem saving me an expensive project.

He gave me his honest, professional opinion and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit.

I would definitely use him again and recommend to others.

Matt and Brandon are the best around extremely professional and always available around the clock had an emergency water heater break last minute and these guys were the first to answer after hours. They relieved any stress I had about the situation and had it replaced and done the RIGHT way in less than hour and had my boiler room looking spotless when they finished. Our A/C stopped working last week and Matt came out the very next day to come and take a look at it. He was very professional and quickly figured out was wrong. Their prices are also reasonably. We’re very happy with the overall service. We’ll definitely be using this company again in the future!

I had an excellent experience with Matt & 2 Brandons! They replaced my water heater and cooling system both of which are in the ceiling 12' up! A hard job both logistically and physically. They were great. On time, communicative, did really good work, friendly. All I could ask for. They worked really hard and got the job done in the time they said they would. They left the place neat and we wished each other a wonderful weekend. I definitely recommend them and would call them again myself.

Matt and his team were efficient, polite and got the replacement of the boiler completed exactly when they said they would. What I also loved was that they forgot to put the keys back where I asked them to, they realized it about an hour later, and drove back in rush hour traffic to return them. These are good people that I will refer others to! And their pricing is very competitive!

From start to finish Matt and his team did a great job installing central AC for me. Matt is clearly very knowledgeable from years of experience. He not only installed my central air but fixed a few things with my furnace. He and his team were professional and efficient and had my AC installed soon after he came out for a quote. Reasonably priced, around the same amount as the other two quotes I obtained, but I felt like Matt was the person i could trust the most to get the job done. Highly recommend!
