So I honestly went with this company for no other reason than the previous owners of the house used them as well. But I could not be more impressed with their products and service. I had a elbow in a copper line start to leak and when they came to clean the furnace in the fall the leak was taken care of with no issue( and no bill!!!) their service plan is wonderful and a must have for any homeowner! I hope this review finds you well, and again get the service plan. You never know what will happen

I've been with Scott Williams for almost seven years and have never had a problem with them. The oil delivery has been seamless, and they do a good job cleaning and maintaining it every year. I feel their prices are competitive. Customer service has always been easy.

A+ across the board. From service, sales, operations to installation. The quick response from all areas is exceptional and always top notch professional. We had a full boiler and water heater rip out / installation yesterday and the team was amazing. Greg was a rock star, friendly and polite, very knowledgeable, and made sure I was happy and up to speed on the new system before leaving. We have had Scott Williams for over 15 years and are so happy to be with them! Being a local, family business allows them to care about you, their customer on a personal level. The owner, Ken, is very responsive, well informed and shares that knowledge in their customer news letter . Their service contract is excellent, brings peace of mind and can result in a great savings when your systems are not working properly. The service staff have been superb over the years! Some folks may say their cost of oil is a bit higher but it's well worth the long term relationship with them when they take such great personal care of their customers. Give them a try, I think you will be glad you did!

We've been customers of Scott Williams Oil for twenty years in Hingham, MA. Everyone we've dealt with there, from the woman who answers the phone to the service manager to the oil delivery guys to the service technicians who come to our house to maintain our heating system, have ALWAYS been nothing but professional and courteous. We get a price discount on the oil and the maintenance contract as members of a regional energy alliance. I would recommend Scott Williams Oil with no reservations at all...

A BIG thank you to Scott Williams for their speedy yet thorough service! They repaired my AC on one of the hottest days of the year. Andy the technician couldn’t have been nicer or more informative.

Scott Williams is a great company to work with and I would definitely recommend using them for your oil needs. We had to get some baseboard heating moved around in our basement and they sent some technicians out to take care of it. They were great, but they had one tech in particular who did an absolutely flawless job, and I could not recommend him enough. His name is Greg.

From the moment Greg arrived, we knew we were in good hands. His professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the installation process for our new baseboard heating, patiently answering all of our questions with clarity and a genuine smile.

The installation itself was completed with remarkable efficiency and meticulous attention to detail. Greg was respectful of our home, taking great care to protect our floors and walls. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work, ensuring every connection was secure and the unit was perfectly placed.

The new baseboard heating came out looking fantastic and works amazing. The basement that we finished is now warm and comfortable, exactly as we had hoped. Greg's skill and dedication truly made this a seamless and positive experience. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. While the other techs were great as well, I hope that all of them aspire to reach his level of experience/quality.

DUDA came highly recommended from our Randolph Facebook Group. I called him with confidence after my thermostat stopped working in the middle of January 2026. Duda was able to come the same day, diagnosed my 40+ year old unit as needing to be replaced (which I knew was coming). BUT with his quick response time prevented me from having a house fire. My furnace was literally on fire and had burned all the wires up to my thermostat.

He gave me a quote and said he could fix it the very next day which was a SATURDAY! I only had to go less than 24 hours without heat. The price was very reasonable. I had two other quotes from larger HVAC companies that made my stomach turn.
I would hire him ten times again. Trustworthy, Overall Good Guy who wants to help any way he can.

Dave and Matthew had come to originally repair a pressure problem with the heating system, but through straight honesty helped with much more than just the heating, fixed the little things made sure everything was checked before leaving and left everything way better than when found. During a time of emergency my family needed help and they were here immediately working later, even then making sure everything was set. Dave and Matthew held extreme patience with the old system and showed true care in keeping my family warm. The best of the best, thank you.
