He asked for $150 to come in plus any parts. I said OK. He came for 10 mins and walked around and did not replace any parts and said, "Please pay me $195". He started with non-sense that he fixed the issue without any parts and now I owe him $195. WARNING for whoever wants to hire him, please do yourself a favor, please don't hire him. Also, read other people's reviews.

Prompt and completed work on time; quality of work is just ok when you’re desperate. Can’t say if price was reasonable as we needed hot water ( he installed a tankless hot water system). And my husband cleaned up after him.
Nice guy though but will need to offer a lot more to get to 4 stars...

Sam with A/O HVAC came in a timely manner in accordance with our wishes, I will give him that, and that only. I thought the issue was one thing, he informed me it wasn't and I agreed based on expertise differences.

When I told him our vents inside pushing air was not the same as it was a week prior to the issue starting, he checked everything saying it was working the way it was suppose to and it was not if the air is not pushing to the capacity when I moved in less than 1 year ago. I told him this was the issue before departing and leaving a friend in place of me. Nothing has been done for the $380 charge stating the system was working properly after describing issues and nothing being done, if we knew it would've been fixed of course we would be comfortable paying money past the $380 I don't feel comfortable paying him past the gas it took to get to my condo. Rude to my friend and fighting me when I told him the issues were not resolved over the phone.

We had a heating emergency today. I called Alpha Omega and they came out within 2 hours and effected a prompt repair. He was courteous and good value for money. I would highly recommend this company.

Sam was very impolite and overcharged us, $390.00 for replacing ingnitor(which he spent less than 10 minutes replacing) in our gas furnace and gave us 3 months warranty. He really has taken advantage of our ignorance about this situation and I think this is a big scam that no one should go through. The ignition kit he used after we looked it up cost only $19.49 (SSN2000 SILICONE NITRIDE UNIVERSAL IGNITER KIT) from Supco. So this man charged $370.00 for labor, less than 10 minutes job, wow!!!!!!

He responded first from home advisor by calling us and gave us a choice to come in last night or next morning. We asked for the night because the house was cold, thinking maybe he could reignite it without needing the parts as we said to him.

He came in last night and immediately got to know it was the ignitor which needed replacement, this was less than 5 minute troubleshooting. We already suspected that was the problem anyway, but did not know how to replace it. Even though it was said to be replaced very easily, we wanted a professional to do it.

He told us our price for the night was $150.00, just for coming. We told him he did not make that known to us. He rudely threw the ignitor he has removed on the floor.

He was very rude and impolite, but my husband tried to calm him down and said it's ok we should let him go ahead and replace it the next morning since he needed the part. He came this morning to replace it at 9am, in less than 10 minute he was done.

Please watch out and make sure Sam specify his after hours charges to you. I do not think he should have the ability to leave us with the only two choices of fix it or pay $150.00 without fixing, without explaining any emergency charges to us prior to coming.

I hope he take note of this and correct himself and work professionally and not dwell on peoples ignorance and make money!

Will never, never, never hire him again!!!!

Great job guys. They answered my phone call straight away, and the plumber installed my boiler super fast! Their prices were very reasonable and the boiler was way better than what I had. Honestly I wouldn't call anyone else. Thanks for heating my house. I'd definitely use them again.

My central air was not working at all due to a leak. Sam from Alpha&Omega came out on short notice, and in a timely manner to diagnose and fix the issue I had. Very professional and explained where the problem was on the A.C. and he repaired it to my satisfaction. I Will definitely call him again in the future if I have any other issues arise.

I have used Alpha and Omega twice this year the first time was right at the beginning of the new year. It was Nwe Year's holiday weekend a there was the slight scent of gas in the basement. I called National Grid and they identified that the leak was coming from the hot water tank and turned the gas off and instructed me to call a plumber, fix the impairment and the plumber would then turn the gas back on...I was panicked because as a new homeowner I didn't know who to call and given the holiday weekend I wasn't sure I could find someone to come and in the meantime, no hot water. By God's grace, I called Alpha and Omega and Sam was there the next day. He fixed the problem, and turned the gas back on and was very reasonable price-wise given the emergency. (My other concern was that someone might take advantage of my desperation given the time of year and emergency). I knew then that I would call Sam for any plumbing services. So fast forward to last week, I bought a new gas range. Sam was able to come out within a day or two of my delivery, connect the oven and charge a fair price. I highly recommend Alpha and Omega/Sam for any future plumbing services you may need.

When I lost hot water, Sam was super responsive and came out right away to take a look. It ended up being a bigger job than expected - both my boiler and hot water tank were in need of replacement - but he walked me through my options and gave me all the info I needed. I decided to replace my existing oil heat/gas hot water setup with a combination gas boiler, called Sam again, and he was right back on the job. He was able to start quickly, finished the work earlier than I expected, and price was exactly as quoted. Great work and would absolutely go back to Alpha Omega in the future!

Highly recommend Sam at Omega Plumbing. My hot water heater sprung a huge leak and flooded the basement. I spoke to Sam and he was available within an hour. He was very professional and courteous. He replaced the water heater and disposed of the old one. Pricing was very reasonable especially for an emergency call.

Sam to the rescue! We moved to a new (to us) home a few weeks ago, and after a few hot days the AC in the bedroom decided to quit at 4:30pm. Despite being the end of the day, Sam was able to come after finishing his scheduled jobs when nobody else would. He spent about 2 hours fixing our system, which it turns out had been neglected of service for several years and needed a full overhaul of the condenser and air handler. Despite the late hour and involved job, he was kind and professional throughout. He also checked the other AC systems at the home and spotted another condenser that needs attention in short order. We'll definitely be reaching out to him to come for the other condenser service.
