Hello All: I just want to state truthfully that Sam, the technician at Alpha and Omega HVAC/Plumbing in Quincy, Ma., performed a great job servicing my home heating unit. He was quite cordial and prompt and knowledgeable about both the Heating and Hot Water systems in the basement of my home. He recommended as well other better heating units for possible future installation and consideration. I appreciated a lot Sam's attention to my needs in making my home a safer place to live. I had such a great experience with Alpha Omega. My AC stopped working and it was leaking and he came super fast and fixed exactly what I needed right away. The price was very reasonable and their service guys were so professional and easy to deal with. Would definitely use them again!

T&A installed a new heating/ac system in my home. They were on time, professional, paid attention to detail and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Worst plumbing job i have ever seem ..installed a boiler . It was leaking when after they left ..informed them on that day , gave every excuse Not to come back ..They Never pulled a permit , until i went to my town hall to get an inspection for the work . The boiler was Not installed properly, not vented correctly and was leaking internally, creating Rust inside the boiler only after 2 weeks of operation. Causing losing my 10 year guarantee on the boiler ..Don't even consider using these people..Hacks and Unprofessional..

Tim and his team did a wonderful timely job at what I considered a fair price. I would recommend them highly.

These guys are the real deal. My water heater broke Friday night and they came to fix it Sunday morning. Fair price and finished quick. Kevin, Tim and team are the best around.

They did the same when we had a water leak in our kitchen ceiling. They are a family business that is very responsive to the needs of their customers. Was having trouble with heat in a home I had just purchased. A mechanic came out and was professional and very nice. Knew his trade and fixed the problem straight away. Price was surprisingly less than I figured. Will use again for any future HVAC needs.

One of our heat pump condensers stopped working. T&K came out and found the problem ( a leak in one of the pipes). They came back, worked for almost five hours, and fixed it. this was part of their guarantee so there was no charge.

Had a central AC system installed by this company 4 years ago. Hasn’t worked correctly since the moment it was installed. Vents in my house have ZERO airflow, company has returned once a year since install and has never corrected the issue.

I had a new heat pump HVAC system. Great company. Marcellus is amazing…always shows up with a smile on his face. Tim, the owner, and his daughter are very easy to deal with.

We have used T&K for many years. Tim and Kevin treat us right . Fair prices, good work, trustworthy, everything you would want in your service contractors . Won’t use anyone else!

Got my new heating system installed within 2 days. The workers were very nice and professional . They cleaned up after their work.

Amazing to work with Matt. He was very attentive and responsive to fixing diagnosing and repairing our system. Parts were ordered immediately and he came by early the next morning to get our heat up. Can't say thank you enough for the sincere care and support.

Unfortunately we got solicited off Face book. ( we are interested replacing our system before the cold) along with the service and maintenance of system.
1st appointment got a call 10-12 got a call 1155 they cant make it
2. rescheduled another 10-12pm day

I used T&K Mechanical when they were recommended to me by Mass Saves for my tankless water-heater installation. I thought they were great and was happy to have a new professional connection. I called this year to service the water heater, per their recommendation, and they came out promptly. At the same time, I asked if they could address a leak in my neighbor's downstairs unit, stemming from the toilet in my unit. They said yes. After multiple attempts at a repair, the leak persisted and they said they would have to open up the ceiling to identify the source of the leak. That was in April. It's now July 7th. I have been trying to get on their schedule for three months and I finally had an appointment today. I stayed home from work and coordinated with my downstairs neighbor to do the same. One hour into our appointment window, I received a cancellation text message -- with no apology, stating that there was an emergency and they are not coming today. I have since learned that emergency is another client with no AC. It's 73 degrees today. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I have been patient, willing to work around their schedule since they diagnosed the issue and know the logistical challenges of the job (the leak is located over a downstairs facing staircase and will be difficult to reach). My neighbors are now moving and the clock is ticking -- and this company is unapologetic for their lack of professionalism. My conclusion is that if you have a big $$ job or a quick fix, they will prioritize you. For everything else, don't let them string you along. Call someone else.

Had both heating boiler and tankless hot water units serviced. It was a pleasure having a knowledgeable, confident, professional technician service our units, and at a very fair price. We like to give our business to local tradespeople and are happy to have found them.

T & K Mechanical recently replaced my ancient heating/ac system. The entire project from iniitial estimate to showing me the programmable thermostat was exemplary! All contacts were promptly and personally addressed. I did not feel like I was dealing with a large corporation. Owner Kevin was very hands on ... checking in on all phases of the installation. Had one hiccup with the electric power surply. His electrician was called and on site asap. Turned out to be a National Grid problem. Was a pleasure to see the teamwork at T & K, from Megan in the office to the crane operator, smooth and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat, highly recommended.
