Have used T&K mechanical on multiple occasions. Prompt, professional, and very fair. 10/10 would recommend. Most recently my AC unit went out (in July of course), and within 2 business days the owner himself showed up when he said he would, diagnosed it, and fixed it. Would not use anyone else.

Tim was great, was able to troubleshoot, give lots of advice and how next steps. Most importantly he responded so quickly and was at the house in an hour. Also, gave great advice about an upcoming trip to Aruba!

I changed my no response review because I had a very satisfying phone call from the owner Tim and I was grateful, so thank you Tim. The previous guy resolve the initial problem and the price was reasonable and I thought he was very amiable but!!!
Thanks to Tim we are on a better track and I will use them again.

Although their prices were relatively cheap, the service was incredibly frustrating. I was told nearly every day that someone was coming, only for them to no-show about 80% of the time. Communication was spotty at best — full of excuses or just complete silence.

What should’ve been a quick job dragged out over 1–2, maybe even 3 months. They frequently arrived without the right tools or parts, promised to come back later that day, and then never did. They also forgot things multiple times, adding more delays.

To make matters worse, they told me they had fixed everything and it was “good to go.” But when I came home later, they had never turned the downstairs AC back on, and the upstairs unit they did “fix” wasn’t working at all. I walked into a house that was over 90 degrees inside — with two pets in there. That is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

On top of that, they left two holes in my ceiling — which they didn’t bother to fix — likely because they cut them in the wrong spot for the vent.

If reliability, communication, and getting the job done in a reasonable time matter to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

T&K will be my first call from now on! I received an extremely high quote from a corporate HVAC company for a simple fix of the furnace. Tim came to the rescue the very next day. He quickly confirmed the diagnosis, quoted a reasonable price, and had the furnace operating in tip top shape in a couple of hours. He is courteous, efficient, clean, and a straight shooter. I will be using T&K for maintenance and any repairs going forward.

Klark was very friendly, informative, and professional. The Blue Bear team was quick to respond to our request and fit us in for an appointment due to the holiday. We have always called Blue Bear for all our plumbing needs!

Troy and his team came out early today to install a new water filtration system in our home. We signed an estimate on Tuesday and were here first thing in the morning Thursday, so a quick turnaround. They were quick and efficient, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend them.

David did a great job in fixing my toilet issue. He explained what he was doing and provided upfront pricing. I feel that the repair was done correctly and that I will not have any further problems.

Klark was extremely helpful, courteous, and clear. He both directly fixed the problem at hand and diagnosed some the contributing factors. He gave me multiple options for alleviating some of the concerns with my plumbing going forward. Overall, he was extremely professional.

Called Blue Bear Plumbing in the morning because my injector pump was spraying everywhere. Joel was at the house within a couple hours. He fixed everything that was going on, showed me what he saw on the camera and then fixed the issues without a delay. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will be calling and giving references to anyone that needs this service done to Blue Bear Plumbing

Clark was very professional, friendly and thorough. Gave us various options, explained pricing, never pressuring us to go outside our comfort zone. Did what he could, given the time of day, and will complete tomorrow. Very pleasant experience. (Hot Water Heater replacement)

The Blue Bear team is amazing, from helping me decide on what equipment to get to installation, each person has been professional, timely, and the quality of work is exceptional. I recently had a new HVAC system and tankless water heater installed. They took care of everything - including filing the paperwork for the rebate, which is stress taken off my shoulder. I highly recommend them!

Blue bear scheduled a fix within 24 hours, and Joe was excellent. Not only did he fix the problem, but took the time to discover the root issue and fix it permanently. These are now my go to plumber in the Wayland area.

My technician Justin C. Was extremely knowledgeable , pleasant, very informative and understanding. He checked my a/c unit and I am going to consider my next appointment soon to take care of the issue at hand. Wonderful man and he even liked my grand dog! A plus.
