K&E installed for us a 5 ton heat pump couple months ago, they've done an excellent job,we had a little glitch on the heating cycle,most likely our mistake, the owner Kevin called me personally and explained the diagnosis and replaced the parts for for free, we certainly appreciate their business and highly recommend them.

From beginning to end T&K took great care of my HVAC needs. I called them for 2nd opinion and right away they they became the only opinion I needed. They completely out bid a larger commercial company I was looking to do the work with, and provided the same, if not better, equipment and service. Hands down this crew of experienced professionals will have your HVAC needs squared away in a jiffy!

T&K is always very responsive and on time when we need assistance. T&K installed our heat pump and central air.

Fixed our AC condenser when someone else told us it was broken and we need it replaced! We just bought this house and are overwhelmed with expensive repairs and on the verge of overheating & he came out and fixed it! Even though he could have tried to get us his business for replacing - which is much more pricey! Hopefully we have a summer to go with our old faithful ac because of them! Honest and reliable! Great guy too!

This is the third or fourth time now we’ve used T&K. This time we needed them to move a condenser. They’re tech Brandon was professional, and a delight to work with. A few hours later it was done. I’ve been dealing with contractors for 40 years, these guys are good, If Tim says they’ll be there then they’ll be there. So far, all the T&K tech’s I’ve had work on our projects have been pros. I keep going back to these guys because I know it’s going to be done right, and I don’t need the hassles.

I am extremely unhappy with T&K Mechanical. The technician is an amateur. He was on the phone talking to his boss what needed to be done and how to inspect the issue of my central air unit. He left with no solution and said my AC unit needs to be replaced. Technician said he will talk to his boss and get back to me. However, no one get back to me in over a week except I received an invoice of $200 via text. I called the office twice to follow up but still no response. I would not recommend this company to any one because they don't seem to care about their customers and they are not able to provide solution to HVAC issue. Zero star for the service I paid.

T&K Mechanical installed the AC and heating systems in our new home in West Roxbury. Everything went smoothly and was on time. After moving in we noticed a small issue with the air flow in a few rooms. Brandon came out within a few days of calling to assess the situation and set up a return visit to fix the problem. During the return visit the T&K team fixed everything quickly and we've been all set ever since!

T&K Mechanical did a great job with our project and showed great customer service when it came to fixing that one small issue. I would highly recommend them for your project!

I asked a friend for recommendations and they gave me this company's info. At some point, thinking I might want to consider other options I asked openly for recommendations on Facebook and literally everyone who answered only recommended this company and now I can see why!

Service was great. I knew I needed a new AC unit before it gets hot again, and they weren't pushy but informative about the age of my furnace as well so I did end up replacing both, and replaced the Wi-Fi thermostat which the previous owners had installed with a different one because the old one was very frustrating and ignored my programming. Tim looked at the ducts in my basement and saw that they decreased in size for no logical reason and so he replaced them with larger ducts and the heat level of my home improved immediately, and the thermostat keeps the place at the right temp and never randomly decides I'm not home and turns everything off leaving me to wonder why it feels so chilly. (The old thermostat was a Nest, the new one they installed is from Bosch).

I called after hours about my broken ac, expecting to leave a message. Instead I spoke with a person and they came out the next morning to look it over. Everything was done quickly and very professional. Great business who I will definitely use again- they will be my HVAC business from now on.

T&K is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. They installed a new heat pump system in my apartment just in time for summer. Their quote was fair, and they guided me through the Mass Save loan + rebate process and federal tax credit programs to cut the overall price i paid by ~70%, the remaining 30% financed with a 0% loan. Their team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They're also the ONLY firm I contacted that was willing to install a cassette mini split system in my ceiling instead of mounting a large, unsightly split on the wall. Though this was challenging, the end result looks and works great. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with T&K. I needed a mini-split heat pump system for our old house which has three floors and nine rooms. After getting several proposals, I chose them because of strong recommendations and a good price. They did an excellent job. We had units installed in all nine rooms. Their staff was scrupulous in cleaning up both inside and outside. It is a family run business, and they are very responsive Because of a miscommunication, there was a mistake in the installation. When we realized it, they came out immediately and straightened it out. I highly recommend them.

T & K did a fantastic job replacing my old heating system and adding a new one to my newly renovated home! They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable throughout the installation and helping me navigate the rebates we were eligible for. I would definitely recommend them!

Everything went great! They installed a complete new whole house heating/ac system at one of my jobs. The job started and finished as scheduled. All the workers were very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. Will definitely use T&K again.

I had a gas furnace replaced with a Bosch heat pump after 20 years of gas. The crew carrying out the job were great. It's now January and after a month and perhaps the coldest temps in 4 years everything is working great.

Owners Tim and his son Tim came today to do an estimate on some boiler work I need done. I happened to ask them a question about my central air as of yesterday it wouldn’t power on. Without hesitation and without even being here for any A/C work they happily said we can take a look for you. Not only did they take a look and figure out the problem, they fixed in within 10 min! They didn’t have to do this but did out of the kindness of their hearts. That makes them a GREAT business in my book! I will use them in the future and highly recommend them to family and friends!

I would definitely recommend T&K Mechanical to everyone who needs such services. They did a great job in my house replacing the old boiler and water heater. They finished as quickly as possible, and they were very friendly and ready to answer any question. I.had some problem and called the office.An hour later the technician was scheduled to come and fix it.

We cannot say enough good things about T&K Mechanical. They are professional, prompt, and courteous.
