I am very happy with the work Klark did today .He is a super nice young man. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. From customer service to the employees that came into my home, they all showed respect and kindness.

After being very pleased with our Blue Bear experience a year ago with a heating installation, we called a few days because our radiator was leaking. Unfortunately, none of the same people work there now. We feel completely ripped off at our $1000 + bill for installing 2 shutoff valves just to stop the leak. We still need to replace the radiator, for which they wanted $6000 more, excluding radiator!! They have no concept of customer loyalty and have lost our business for good. Do NOT give them your credit card prior to emergency service without getting a satisfactory estimate. They will take you to the Cleaners.
12/30 RESPONSE TO BlueBear: You ripped us off, and you know it. YOU should be contacting us to make this right. Shame on you.

We had a wonderful experience with Blue Bear technician, Chris Kiely. He took the time to properly size up solutions for a venting issue on our existing water heater. All our questions were answered and there was no hard sell. Frankly, it was one of the most pleasant interactions with a plumbing/heating technician that I can recall. I would highly recommend Blue Bear

The Blue Bear technician, Bill Maroney, was extremely polite and personable. He took time to explain what he was doing, and to answer all our questions. A valuable employee.

While it took them awhile to get out, the project manager Patrick was super communicative about the status of the coming technician. I appreciated the status updates, and the technician did come out that day. Lily was great; she was quick, efficient, and pointed out things to monitor that the other plumbing company, that installed the unit, failed to mention. Overall, very satisfied with team and quality of work!

Had a clog in a sink that I couldn’t snake myself. Called BlueBear left a message and they got back to me around 10am and was able to make an appointment between 8:30-4:00pm of the same Day. Joel arrived well before the appointment window and got to work after explaining the different options, Joel finished and cleaned up before leaving. Blue Bear has amazing , polite, and knowledgeable employees! Great quality work and was able to fix my problem!

Blue Bear Plumbing and Chris Kiely were amazing! I had a water tank issue and they fixed us up in 24 hours. Efficient, reliable, and all around nice people.

Great experience. First call was answered professionally and an appointment was made for next business day.
Early on the morning of the appointment a text message was sent to me advising me of the anticipated arrival time.
The two very nice men who arrived looked at the work needed, quickly gave me a quote, and began immediately.
The work looks very professional.
The workers were very professional, and friendly.
I am VERY Pleased.

The came to “repair” my indoor AC unit and the next day it flooded my condo. It “wasn’t their fault”.

Austin was fantastic! He was thorough, he explained everything, and he got the job done. We would hire him back 100x over!

My experience with Blue Bear has been FANTASTIC! Their technicians are thorough and very helpful, explaining in detail what they would need to do to fix all my problems. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone, and in particular ask for Chris K if you can. We worked with him twice and loved the experience :)

The tam has worked professionally and was reliable. They also had a follow up after installation.

If there was a option for zero star, I would have clicked on that because this guys don’t even deserve a one star. They have terrible service and terrible technicians who don’t repair nothing. They would just take your money for nothing. Their customer service is so bad that they would just hang up on you.

Chris K. from Blue Bear was great! He identified an issue, made a recommendation as to how best to address it and then executed the repair flawlessly. He was efficient and conscientious. We have only owned our home for a short time and we are so glad to have found a skilled plumber that we can trust to perform quality workmanship. Thank you Chris and Blue Bear!

Second time using blue bear for plumbing emergency - they delivered yet again. Super quick, well priced, did the job well and quick, very satisfied. I definitely trust blue bear and they have become my go to for plumbing issues. Highly recommended. Shout to master plumber Daniel for majorly awesome work.

7/3. Absolutely tremendous service I received from Matt yesterday on a variety of different issues I asked him to look at. I’ve been lucky enough to have Matt before and I could not be more impressed. Matt exemplifies the kind of attitude and professionalism I was looking for when I moved to Blue Bear a few years ago. The Blue Bear crew are very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, good at their job, and communicative. They always provide options and different levels of service depending on finances and I feel that they've always been totally honest with me about what needs to be done and what can wait. That means a lot when dealing with expensive house maintenance!

The technician Matt arrived on time, was friendly, and gave great explanations of the work he was doing for my a/c maintenance. He ordered a part that was needed and set the fan to blow what was hot air throughout the upper floors of my already cool house. That was the only downside. It was easily remedied at night time by opening the windows. Overall, he's a great tech and I highly recommend the yearly service plan.
On another call, David M installed a drain hose from a washing machine in a tight space for both the hose and for him. He then leveled the machine, an added bonus. Another great job by Blue Bear.

Blue Bear was fantastic! Their website is up to date and well maintained, they have a call in service and text updates, and their technicians are amazing! Super friendly and professional, with quick service. There were a lot of coupons for different services, and their techs take the time to walk you through what they do (especially if you have a lot of questions like me). Would highly recommend working with Lily and Michael!!

We recently worked with Klark at Blue Bear and we couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly careful, ensuring that no detail was overlooked during the repair. It’s clear that he’s highly skilled and knowledgeable in his trade, as he quickly identified and resolved the issue. On top of his professionalism, Klark was personable and friendly, even with our 2 year old niece who was very interested in his work. We highly recommend him and Blue Bear for anyone in need of plumbing services!

Technician was great, very friendly, identified who he was at the door, asked for details of the issue, answered all my questions. Did the work in good time. Very happy with him. 2 general things To comment on; 1) would be nice if there was a stylus to use to sign the tablet and 2) I think the price for the work was quite high. While I really liked the Technician and his work because of the high price of the repair I might not use your company again
