2. Explains problem in detail
3. Fair Pricing
I trust Tango Plumbing with all my house plumbing needs.

Mark and his team are excellent. They are efficient and responsive and easy to work with. I will definitely hire again and highly recommend!

Mark was responsive and helped get me out of a bind. Would recommend him to anyone. We will using him again in the near future!

Mark Tango and his team are very responsive and showed up on very short notice on at least two occasions for me. The work they did was very good quality and they did it right the first time.

Responsive, Professional, and they do great work. I would highly recommend tango home services for any work you need done at your house

Very responsive and efficient. Most recently I had a leaking drain pipe. Mark came quickly and took care of it. I highly recommend his Company.

5 stars all the way. It can be hard to get work done these days but Tango's guys get stuff done quickly and well. They don't subcontract anything (except painting) so their guys seem to get stuff done in 4 days that would be strung out over a few weeks with most contractors.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, I know businesses are out there to make money and support their workers and families but sometimes I can't help it when something is this asinine.

First, they were prompt both from the initial phone call and for the service call itself. The guy was polite and easy going and communication was pretty good too. But, regardless of how prompt they are or how polite they are they charged $425.00 for a little over 40 minutes of work and an $8.95 part. I don't know how they can justify this, I. mean, they can't, there is nothing they can say that will make this acceptable. From my perspective they're just taking advantage of people and it's wrong.

Buyer beware, make sure you get a quote before proceeding, lesson learned I guess.

Great dealing with a company that told me what they would do and then they came out and did exactly what they told me they would do , not to mention they put me on their calendar with short notice . Communication was great always answered my call or returned in timely manner. Very fair price and i will be using Tango services in the near future for other projects.

Mark and his staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. His team does excellent work and Mark is always available to answer any question I may have. I highly recommend Mark Tango Plumbing, Inc.

Total hack, and very rude. I just bought a home in Reading and during home inspection a leak was identified as coming from upstairs bathtub. Seller had Mark come out and "investigate" the leak just to have him determine it was "non-existent". When I called Mark to discuss my concerns he was very rude; unnecessarily defensive and insulting towards the inspector, as well as having plenty of excuses as to why he couldn't talk with me or revisit my home to meet.
End of the day we closed on the home with no resolve, and now I'm stuck with a leaking bathtub dripping through the ceiling as can be seen in the pictures I've shared on Yelp.
Mark may have 20+ years in the business, but for your sanity and wallets sake, I'd hire an actual expert.

Obviously the basement flooded on new year's morning. My husband immediately called Mr. Tango's business number and left a voice message on Sunday January the first. Thankfully, Mr. Tango himself called us back on Tuesday the second and assured us they will come on Tuesday the third before noon.
Dito ! Around 9 am the team arrived, efficient, cortege and professional. Before noon the problem was solved !!! We are so pleased and happy ! Thank you so much Tango's team !

I had Mark over my house to fix a plumbing issue. Not only did he fix the issue in the most efficient way, but he was also extremely quite during the whole process. If you are looking for a well composed polite plumber, look no further.

Mark came out same day on the weekend and fixed our toilet. Kind, responsive, and quick! We will definitely use their services again!!

What a great company to work with. Specifically Dominic that came to my house to do the work. Terrific communication, punctual combined with a high degree of knowledge regarding his profession. I will highly recommend Mark Tango Plumbing to my clients, friends and family.

First of all, I'm relatively new to living in Reading. I was unlucky enough to have an urgent blocked drain problem that hit me right on a Friday, and right before I was going to have company for the weekend! I called one place in town and left a message early, figuring I'd hear back, but I never heard back from them. Before I knew it, the end of the day had arrived, and in desperation I just googled and called Mark Tango's number. Turns out he was great! It was after 5, so at first he told me all his guys had gone home for the day. But when I explained my predicament he said he'd try and work something out for me. Sure enough, somebody on his team left his home on a friday evening to come help me out. And the help was great. They were cool and knew what they were doing, explaining everything along the way - with diagrams! And it was a success - they managed to sort out a rather tricky problem with a very old and problematic kind of drain. So, problem solved, all in time, without any complications, and lots of friendly service throughout. I'll definitely keep calling Mark Tango.

Mark Tango's plumbing is absolutely amazing. My found out my pipes froze this morning I called a few local plumbers before coming across Mark. All other plumbing companies had an answering service and once I finally got a call back it was a minimum 2 hour charge and no guide whatsoever.

When I called Mark, he instantly provided helpful tips to try and help me resolve my problem without instantly trying to charge me. However, I ended up needing someone to come over.. Within a few hours I had someone at my house. Mark came to personally check things out since he was in the area.,. Great guy. This company knows true customer service. he has gained a new client for life. I finally found a reliable company.

Mark Tango gave me a time-frame for service and was there early. His worker was very courteous and polite. They got the job done in short order. Items were moved to prevent water damage and then returned to their proper place. I highly recommend Mark Tango Plumbing for all jobs, large or small.

I can see why this company has a five star review. Recently I was in touch with Mark Tango and he could not have been more caring and empathetic to the situation I was in. Mark offers that old time customer service that is sadly almost non existent. His prices are more then fair and he really helped me out and got me out of a jam. I will be spreading the word to family and friends and client's about this wonderful company. Thank you again sir. You are a true professional

From one Local business to another; Thank You Mark Tango Plumbing Inc. We had a little issue at one of our jobs and needed a Plumber. We called Mark and he resolved the matter quickly. We're highly impressed with their ability to resolve our issue almost instantly and the friendly professionalism that Mark and his team provided. #SupportLocalBusiness

We had a great experience with the team at Mark Tango. Scheduling was easy and Sharon was helpful, providing some pointers on the best order to complete our projects. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. They also were very conscientious when they came to our house; it was in the middle of winter and they work slip on boot covers to prevent tracking salt and snow into the house. This wasn’t necessary or expected, but a nice touch!

We’d happily work with Mark Tango in the future.
