Reviews of local pros in Reading, Massachusetts

Very professional. He took his time and explained everything he did with care. He made sure I understood what he had done and made me very comfortable with the process.
I was impressed the business owner answered my first call and greatly appreciated his ability to accommodate a same day service call. I used to use another plumber in town - but after 2 phone calls, 4 days and no response from them, I have found my new plumber: Mark Tango Plumbing.

Tango Plumbing is a top notch organization from top to bottom. Their customer service is unmatched in the service industry. They get back to you right away, get their guys to site right away, and keep you educated on what they are doing and what needs to be done. They offer a fair price for an excellent service. Have only used them for their plumbing services but if there home reno division is run half as efficiently as their plumbing you are in good hands. Any review on here that is less than 4-5 stars is just flat out wrong.

Called them for a clogged sink, but they discovered a much bigger issue. Gus and Steve were thorough, professional and absolutely great to deal with. Even though they had to deal with some real bad gunk, they remained professional and upbeat the whole time.

Sharon was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with and the Mark, the owner also reached out initially. The pricing was reasonable and they were very honest and upfront about the costs and issues. Thanks to the Mark Tango team and I recommend them for any plumbing job!

Another great experience with Mark Tango and crew! We came home from a weekend away to a chilly home. They were here within 30 minutes of us calling and had the problem fixed in no time. They are always professional, knowledgeable and stand behind their work. We will never use anyone else!

I recently hired Mark Tango to resolve plumbing issues at my home in Andover. I would highly him and his team for plumbing needs, especially more complex issues. Dom and Gary came to fix an issue with our washer hookup-they diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed. They also installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal along with replacing some old valves. They put down drop cloths to protect my floors, which I really appreciated. The communication from Dom was exceptional from start to finish. The price is worth having the piece of mind knowing everything has been done correctly. A very good team all around.

I just wanted to say that I had broken water heater last year with water everywhere & Mark sent Stephen right away who fid an excellent fast job at great price. Yesterday I had multiple clogs & leaking pipes & again Stephen was here in a heartbeat & again went above & beyond once again. I ran into an unexpected personal problem and could not finish one job but I gave them my word that I will call only them when i can get it done, they were so understanding & more concerned about me. I would highly recommend Tango they were a class act & I had the pleasure of talking to Mark so I wasnt kept waiting which amazed me.
I’ll be using them for all upcoming jobs
Very Impressed
Thanks especially to Stephen & Mark

Mark and his team always provide professional, first-class service and high-end work but are not too big to ignore calls or simple concerns. They are personable and offer immediate service when needed around the clock. All of this while remaining competitive in pricing.

Water tank died overnight, called 1st thing in AM and they were able to replace it same day. I know timing is everything to get this project done today. Dominic, Mark and Nick were awesome, they did a great job for us.

We recently hired Mark and Dom Tango & their team for a complete bathroom renovation, and we could not be happier with their service! On each step of the project, they were communicative, professional, and honest about the process. We even had a few extra things pop up (like installing a new water line for our refrigerator and replacing an older toilet), and they were able to fix these things also, smoothly and efficiently. A few weeks after the project was done we had an unrelated water drainage issue, and we were amazed by how quickly their team responded - they coordinated with the town officials and an excavator to identify the source of the problem and replace about 40 feet of piping underground all within 48 hours! Mark and Dom Tango are exactly what you are looking for in terms of plumbing and home services. We highly recommend them!

We’ve been using Tango plumbing for 20+ years and have been extremely happy with their services. They are always quick to respond and do excellent work.

I’m generally not one to write reviews, however Tango Home Services went above and beyond my expectations. I recently discovered that I had a slightly cracked shower pan. I reached out to Mark and within an hour he had his guys out to check out the situation. It turns out that even though the crack was extremely faint, there was much more damage that had been building behind the walls that was not visible to the eye. Thankfully, Mark was able to walk me through the process and assist me with filing an insurance claim and became the point of contact with the adjuster. I am beyond happy with how my bathroom turned out and will absolutely be calling them in the future for any further work.

These guys have done it all for me over 5+ yrs - emergency replacement of a broken water heater, boiler work, leak repairs, radiators. Mark & team are the most responsive, communicative contractors I have ever dealt with. They show up when they say they will and stand by their work. Always know the job will get done right when I call Tango.

My parents have lived in Reading Ma for longer than Mark has been alive. We had an urgent matter at the house, my brother called Mark on a weekend and he quickly called back, asked some questions and provided some valuable advice to us. That 5-10 min conversation gave me and my brother much needed comfort at a very stressful time. Experiences like this show one's true character. Thank you Mark!

The job was well and efficiently done. No questions about it.
The communication was simple and timely. I would have given 5 stars if not the exorbitant price. The plumber was here for about half-hour, cut out and changed the broken pipe of about a foot long.
Then went to his van to figure out the price and came back in few minutes with a $325 bill. Assuming the price of the parts as $50 at the most, it is hard to imagine the price of work as $550 an hour.
I have used the plumber's services a good number of times but have never paid so expensively for a relatively simple project. Unlikely to use again.

I have used Tango Plumbing several times, Water Heater needed replacing, Mark scheduled service quickly and Dom and his guy Mark fixed with no issues. Very Happy with results.

The Tango team has done fantastic work on our home, including a beautiful master bathroom renovation and plumbing work on multiple occasions. They are always professional, detail-oriented, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. They’re transparent and fair with pricing, and I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Tango Home Services when I discovered a leak in my basement. Mark & Nick arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and explained the issue clearly. The repair was done quickly, and the pricing was fair with no hidden fees. I highly recommend Tango Home Services for their reliable and reasonably priced service.

Mark and his team have been my go-to for over 5 years now. Most recently, we were having trouble with our boiler. Mark personally took the time to listen to our issue, took great care to provide us with a plan to address the issue, and then Domenic (his brother) completed the work thoroughly. Domenic worked through all the possible reasons why the boiler was not performing as expected, he explained what he was doing to us as he worked, and fixed the problem! Overall, we are very happy with the work, what we were charged, and we will keep calling Mark Tango for all our needs!

I have use Tango Plumbing for all kinds of jobs. They are professional and always complete the job swiftly! They have done HVAC duct work, fixed a heat pump, moved a water tank, and many other repairs and jobs over the past 10 years. I would highly recommend Mark and his team!

Mark is not to be trusted. He owes me thousands of dollars and the last time I have received money was this summer. He talks a good game about paying but doesn't follow through.

I’ve been using Tango Home Services for the past 5 years for miscellaneous small jobs to larger jobs (fixing a leaky sewer line) and I have been very happy with each service! They always are prompt and get the job done quickly and very professionally. I highly recommend Tango Plumbing and Home Services!
