I searched for many teams and made many comparisons. But finally chose Tango services, Mark was very patient with all my questions and provided me with a lot of information that I didn't know so that I could make comparisons. He also gave me a lot of good advice. Their construction team is not only conscientious and responsible, but also very professional in handling the details. I have looked for many teams, maybe Tango services is not the cheapest. But Tango services did the best job.

Mark did a great job updating our countertops. We went from old brown granite to beautiful new quartz. He and RSK stone did it all in one day, and we couldn’t be happier!

Been using Tango Plumbing since moving to Reading and have been very happy with their services. They always respond quickly to calls, and do quality work at reasonable prices.

Recently I had a minor problem, and Mark was able to talk me through it over the phone so that I could fix it myself. Didn’t even charge me!

Could not recommend these guys any more highly!

Mark is very personable and professional! He was able to help us replace our kitchen floor and appliances in the kitchen after our old dishwasher leaked. They also helped fix up numerous other smaller “fixes” that we needed done. Mark and his crew were able to accommodate us promptly and did a great job! Don’t hesitate to trust this crew with whatever you need!

Great experience with Tango Plumbing. Received an immediate call back and next day appointment for my repair. They arrived on time and fixed my issue in no time. Very professional and courteous. Will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing problems

I am not satisfied with the installation, as there are significant issues where the carpet is crooked on all three doorways. The workers were very sloppy and did not cover the steps leading up to the bedroom. They also didn't tidy up after themselves and there was lack of communication since neither one spoke English.

I had a carpet installed in one small bedroom. The folks at the store were helpful and knowledgeable, and they measured and cut the carpet well, but what they failed to measure was the height of the doors. Now, with me trying to sell my home, I can’t open or close any of the doors in that room. There seems to be zero accountability or help to rectify this, and now I am stuck scrambling to get this taken care of and having to spend more money to do so. I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service and sense or urgency and I DO NOT recommend Home Depot carpet and installation services.

Nice job. Carpet installers were friendly. Arrived at my home on time and install took about 45 minutes and cleaned up when they were finished.

These kitchen cabinet refacing people are really annoying. Every time I'm in there I get approached by a salesman asking if I've "heard about today's promotion." Yes, yes I have. It's the same fn promotion every day and I'm not interested. Quit asking.

Home Depot in Reading outsources a company called ACS (American Carpet South) based out of southern New Hampshire for carpet installations. If you purchase a carpet from Home Depot please find your own company to do the installation. ACS has been a complete nightmare to deal with. Their customer service is rude and untrustworthy. Their installers screwed up a job twice and three weeks later it still hasn't been fixed. I've had two different crews work on installation hoping it would be done right. None of them can speak English.

After submitting a claim with Home Depot the first time, I never received a call back and I was forgotten about. Filed a second claim after the installation was done wrong again. Hoping Home Depot can do something about this immediately before I cancel and ask for a full refund.

I would suggest going elsewhere when looking to purchase/install a carpet.

Service people were professional and friendly. Work was well done and timely.
When the price for the work was quoted i was told the pricing includes an inspection. Ive contacted the contractor several times. The inspection was never done.

We have marks/spots on our rug. I called the next day after installation. I keep calling but get no response. I also have another rug with a stain and it’s supposed to be stain free. Again no response. I’ve called MULTIPLE times and emailed too.

We had our heating system serviced through a great promotion Home Depot was offering. The price was great, the service was quick and efficient, and we were provided with information about future discounts through the program.

Communicsyion with some workers was difgicult, somr did not speak english. Workmanship errors were made and project management were not reasonable. Eventually the errors needed to be redone several weeks later.

I would not have Home Depot do work again.

Matt has done plumbing work for me over the years. He has addressed emergency pipe leaks as well as more mundane toilet repairs. He is very responsive and great at solving problems. He also will talk things through over the phone before he arrives if I call him with an emergency. I would highly recommend him.

Matt took on a very complicated forced hot water system that had ceased providing heat to some radiators and underfloor radiant heat. He worked quickly to diagnose and solve multiple issues. All with good whom humor. I would recommend him highly
