Technician just left. Nice, friendly, efficient while not rushing his work. Cleared two bathroom drains and explained what I needed to know (I ask alot of question--it's who I am), both drains now draining great. Wished I hadn't put off calling. Also, the person who scheduled the appointment was also very nice. They don't make you put a credit card down just to schedule it or anything like that. Not that I am an expert, but rates felt reasonable/affordable and fair. If I could give them more stars I could. Will absolutely use them again if I so need and refer them to friends/family/neighbors.

We've called ASAP Drains twice for both emergency and routine service and both times they have scheduled a visit right away, shown up on time and done a quick, professional and perfect job. Mark came by today to fix a clogged toilet and was great. Highly recommend!

The latest technician that came out named Thomas was very thorough and Did a great job cleaning up after himself. Great experience with ASAP Drains! Tom came and was extremely friendly and worked quickly to get my building usable restrooms again. Tom was also incredibly professional and used the appropriate equipment to keep any mess to a minimum and cleaned up spotless behind him. I recommend!

Had a problem with tub and toilet water not draining on a Sunday morning . I call ASAP and they got my information and within an hour plumber was here at my house, after telling me what to do I had to get my septic system pumped out. Still had a problem water not coming out from house, Called ASAP Monday morning around 8am to get main pipe cleared from house, plumber came to house by 9am, took about an hour no more plugged pipe. ASAP was professional, and very quick to fix problem. Highly recommend ASAP to do any drain problems

About two years ago, we had a great experience with ASAP Plumbing in Salem, MA. We were dealing with a clogged toilet line in our downstairs bathroom, and they came through for us when another company couldn’t. The service rep who came to our home was extremely polite, professional, and thorough. He used a snake to clear the clog efficiently, then took the extra step to run all water sources in the house to make sure everything was flowing properly and the issue was fully resolved.

To top it off, their pricing was significantly more reasonable than the previous company we had contacted—who, unfortunately, wasn’t even able to fix the problem. ASAP Plumbing provided both quality service and peace of mind, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. We’ll definitely use them again if the need arises!

We had an issue with a clog in our main drain. Spent the entire weekend working with 2 other companies that would not be transparent with pricing, were no shows or showed up late and way over charged us for services. Finally was referred to ASAP drains Sunday night, within an hour he came over fixed the problem and charged us half of what the other 2 companies tried to charge us. Wish we had called ASAP drains first, did great work and fast and reasonable price that they were transparent about.

George was superb! Called on a Sunday morning with a backed up main sewer line. George called and troubleshooted the problem on the phone. He called along the way to update his ETA.
