If you ever have the nightmare of a flooded basement and you're standing there looking at water flowing , not knowing what to do.. call Servpro!
They took charge and here we are a week later with a mold free dry basement.
They responded immediately and with calm assurances. From the initial panicked call to the end picking up the drying machines and spraying an anti bacterial spray.

Alana and Danielle kept us apprised of the comings and goings and Edwin and Elisio kept us informed of all that they were doing. And there was alot to do!

I made an appointment with Servpro on Friday May 20th. They came to look at my property and I haven’t heard anything back! Today is May 31st. I spoke with the secretary twice and she reassured me they’d get back to me. If you’re NOT going to do the job, that’s fine! At least let me know instead of wasting my time!! Thanks to you my tenants are moving out! Not professional! Would not recommend!

My experience with Servpro of Salem was excellent. The team was responsive, professional, clean and courteous. They were careful moving my belongings and swept up their mess. They even billed my insurance company directly. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

We had a kitchen fire last Sat evening. I called Gerry Clements of ServPro. He was very empathetic, understanding and helpful, explaining in detail what Serve Pro would do for us. He followed through every step along the way to keep us informed and to make sure we were completely satisfied. He referred me to Joseph Turnbull. Joe came out immediately to meet with us and survey the damage. He had a crew at our house the next day. We were very impressed with everyone who came to our house. They were incredibly thorough, making sure that all signs of smoke smell and soot were gone. They washed down all the walls and ceilings, getting them ready to be repainted. They took everything from the cupboards, wiped each item off, washed and dried and put them back - after wiping down the cupboards, inside and out. Every item downstairs was cleaned off in all rooms, including windows, blinds and light fixtures. All the drapes, coats, couch pillows and miscellaneous were collected and brought to the cleaners. The scatter rugs were rolled up in each room, taken to be cleaned. Jackie was in charge of the detailed cleaning and she was wonderful. She even steam cleaned all our furniture and remaining carpets. Knowing that the flooring company could not come until next Tuesday, she took extra steps to minimize the odor coming from the damaged floor. Jackie was amazing and so easy to work with. Her compassion, understanding and empathy of what we were going through, were very reassuring and calming. Her level of detail was impressive. She thought of everything and constantly asked if we wanted anything else done. They also cleaned our master bedroom and bathroom upstairs to remove low level traces of soot. Jackie took lots of pictures and apologized many times for the intrusion. I didn't feel they were an "intrusion" - they were truly lifesavers and were very accommodating. The people of ServPro far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them. I would give more than five stars, if I could. We are very grateful to them all.

Servpro of Salem I cannot say enough about their professionalism and amazing service, from speaking with Heather in their office who was nothing but comforting and helpful the multiple times I called her to the service crew Billy and Bobby who came right out to deal with the damage left by a broken water heater which made a soaking mess to our finished downstairs. (where we have 2 bedrooms) Both Billy and Bobby were nothing but amazing! I seriously cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are for there exceptional work and service.
