Called servpro to look at some mold in my fathers house. Joseph came out and informed us that it was not mold but overspray from paint by a contractor we hired. We called servpro to get a 2nd price because we received a price of $900 to remove this "mold". Servpro saved us $900 by being honest.

Serv-Pro cleaned an third floor walk up attic that was previously pigeon infested. There was pigeon droppings everywhere. I honestly cannot believe how well they did. It's like new! Floors, shelving... everything was cleaned, sanitized and sparkling! Worth every penny!

Joseph was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and helpful. He could easily have made recommendations that would have generated revenue for the company, but he said nothing was really needed from SERVPRO. He treated his service as a free inspection despite having made two separate visits (before and after our carpenter exposed the critical area) and advising us on how our carpenter should complete the job.

We had a sewage main back up and flood our basement utility room/storage space. It was a complete mess. We worked with ServPro to clean and determine our full extent of damage.

The day of clean up arrived and we met Ian O. He was bright, cheerful and knowledgeable. I was recovering from knee surgery and wasn’t fully mobile, he could see that I was stressed. He made sure I knows what his plan was step by step, then he photographed as he went so he could update me along the way.

Ian O. Is a complete professional and ServPro is lucky to have him. He takes pride in his work, and in his communication with his customers. His work was done expeditiously and efficiently- we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We had a burst pipe and a ton of damage associated with this unfortunate event. I am so glad that I chose SERVPRO to work with, I can’t say enough good things about everyone there. Tom and Ricardo came to my home and meticulously investigated/ detailed everything that needed to be done before my house was like nothing ever happened. Tom has worked with my insurance company and saved me from so much of the hassle of documentation etc. Yana in the office has been so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding.
