Chris came yesterday, on time as scheduled. He reviewed the floors we needed; he had given an estimate over the phone. He was fast and efficient in getting our carpets cleaned, we had some dog urine, wine (oops) and a couple coffee stains. He was done in less than 2 hours. The final price was less than quoted! Chris was super professional and friendly. We are still walking around going ooh and awe at how clean our carpets look. Should we need them cleaned again, we definitely will give Chris a call!

We had a sewer pipe back up in our home's basement with water, sewage and toilet paper all over a wide area of the floor. Called Rainbow and Chris, the owner, answered promptly and throughly explained the entire clean up procedure. I sent pictures of the basement to his cell phone and he was able to get back to me right away with a free quote right away as time is of the essence with standing water in your home. His professional remediation equipment vacuumed up all the water and then he used a steam mop with 230F degree water and then finally he sprayed it down with an antiseptic spray which kills bacteria and mold. Our basement floor is now dry and smells great too!. Chris is professional, arrived on time and answered all my additional questions. His price beats all other competitors so I would highly recommend contacting this professional first.

When your shower overflows and leaks into the ceiling of the room under it. . . not a great moment. . .help, what do I do now?? I Google water restoration near me, called Rainbow, pressed #1 for emergency, and got a real person immediately. Unbelievably, Chris was finishing up a job in Peabody and was on his way to Wenham, so showed up at my house 15 minutes later. He assessed the situation, spelled out the game plan, lugged a bunch of air movers and dehumidifiers in from his van, sealed up the room, and was gone less than one hour after I made the phone call! It took four visits from Chris over 6 days to dry out our ceiling. Chris was reliable, on-time, polite, and just easy to trust. He set clear expectations and gave us choices on how to proceed. Honestly-- I can't think of any better experience I have ever had with someone I hired!

Absolutely fantastic! Chris from Rainbow just left my house cleaning up a sewage leak from my basement. He was honest in what needed to be done without upselling, polite, professional, and got the job done quick. He was thousands of dollars cheaper than what I got for quotes from companies like ServPro and Roto Rooter (I know, I know they are always expensive but when you are in a bind you make the call). I will never reach out to a different company and am making my family and friends go through Rainbow for anything they need. My washing machine malfunctioned and flooded my condo and part of the condo beneath me. Chris from Rainbow showed up IMMEDIATELY and took over the cleanup and very calmly explained what he was doing step by step, putting me and my neighbors at ease. He spent the better part of the next week doing everything he could to salvage my hardwood floors and cabinets. I don't think I have ever worked with any service provider as personable and with as much integrity as Chris. I would only call him from here on out.

Unfortunately my furnace broke thank goodness after the winter. I had my home insurance company come by to look at it. Well when he inspected my furnace he found out I had water damage and mold in parts of my basement. As a new homeowner, I appreciated how Chris treated me without judgment and even gave me tips on things to look out for. When he came to do the job in my basement, I was so impressed with the work. He worked fast, clearing moldy insulation, removing a section of drywall, HEPA vacuuming, and using antimicrobial spray to treat mold on concrete areas. We just bought our first house and have had Chris over two times now for separate mold inspections in different areas of the home. He was the second person to come in for a mold remediation quote and thank goodness we asked him for a second opinion. He did much more testing than the first larger company and gave us a completely different answer. Long story short he determined we didn't actually have a mold issue. Helped us clean up a small area that was a one off situation of a long vacant basement, and essentially saved us $5000+, which was the estimate from the first company.

We called him again when we found mold in our bathroom. Even though my husband did most of the removal, he still came over to check the surrounding areas and make sure we weren't missing anything else. He charged us nothing for both visits, which makes us trust him much more.

He was professional. On time, and extremely kind in explaining everything he was seeing. Hopefully we don't run into any more mold as we renovate, but if we do, Rainbow will absolutely be our first and only call to help.

We got so lucky with how things lined up with Chris. Our basement flooded due to a busted water line and we blindly called from a simple Google search and because other companies couldnt help in the time we needed it. Chris came out and started mitigation late on a Sunday evening, no questions asked. He proceeded to help walk us through what was going to be an extremely difficult and painstaking process of inventorying everything and dealing with insurance. We didn't know up from down or left from right, Chris really made it all manageable and was so helpful. He's a super trustworthy guy who seems to have a heck of a work ethic. Im hoping I never have to hire a water mitigation company again, but if I do - Ill be calling Chris and Rainbow again thats for sure.
