ServPRO has been amazing to work with. Firstly, they came out super fast 0-day service and got started with my water damage cleanup. Shout out to Gage and Billy for their great work especially late into the night and early morning. They completed the entire drying setup in my basement, 1st and 2nd floors to get the water damage dried up fast.

Servpro is the best for cleaning up & restoring your flooded or damaged home. Benji & Gage worked late into the night & setup a bunch of machines to dry out my lower level after a main drain break & backup. When they came back again they also checked everything & disinfected, leaving the dehumidifiers to continue taking the moisture out of the air! So courteous & polite, they definitely deserve a raise (or at least a nice bonus,!) & if you’re unfortunate to need them, you should at least have relief & feel lucky that they’ll do the best job possible to help you get your home (or business?) safe, sanitary, & back in good standing! Thanks for all the hard work & dedication to making my house safe for my family, including small pets once again!

I don't like writing negative reviews, but the service I have gotten from ServPro has been negligent at best. My 100 square-foot bathroom restoration took over eleven months.

My project began in September 2021 after water and black mold damage was discovered. The remediation process alone, which should have taken three weeks, lasted two months due to a slow pace and a failed mold test, culminating in a full demolition down to the studs.

The subsequent restoration was a "nightmare" for us due to severe organizational and communication issues. Our chosen materials list was repeatedly lost, promises for work scheduling were unfulfilled, and a critical city inspection was never requested or paid for, despite claims to the contrary. Over the course of the project, two different project managers left the company, and we were not informed on either occasion, having to discover the changes on our own after a lack of response.

After over nine months, we finally had a toilet and shower again, but the work remained incomplete. The work was finally completed after eleven months.

Ultimately, the company failed to deliver on its promises and their leadership was unresponsive to my attempts to connect with them regarding the issues. ServPro's slogan, "Like it never happened," is a stark contrast to our experience, as we will forever remember exactly what happened here.
