We had a water leak in our condo and used Servpro Salem for the cleanup including drying everything out and removing the carpet and flooring in the entire condo. The team was superb and left the place clean and all the furniture back in its original location. They helped us get through a very difficult situation and were able to keep the damage to a minimum. We highly recommend them.

Well, no one likes a water damage, but once you've gotten over the shock of the chaos it creates, your going to want to call SERVPRO. Why? These guys are very knowledgeable, confident and experienced in mitigation of water and mold remediation and customer service. They showed up within hours of my initial call and started cleaning and treating the affected areas and set our expectations on next steps in the process. They did daily inspections on how the area was drying out until that part was over. They were back the following week to demo the drywall that got wet, then applied a steam cleaning to the entire area with this special machine to eliminate any trace of anything to prep the rebuild project. In fact, all the equipment they used was current/new technology, to do the job right. They didn't have to do it, but they put up plastic on all doors so that no dust would affect other areas of the house. We have 3 children, so my wife and I appreciated their concern for any dust in he living areas. I won't use their names, but all these guys became part of the family while they were here and made the best of a "crappy" situation! You guys are the best, thanks again for delivering 110% we appreciate you! May god bless you all!

Servpro has been the most frustrating company to work with. Their communication and scheduling lacks professionalism. They started work and it took 6 months for it to be completed. They move onto other jobs once they have you hooked. This job should have never taken this long to complete. The last portion of work took 2.5 weeks to schedule and it literally took one guy 10 mins to complete!! And to top it off they threw out all of our custom molding that was not damaged.
I am very disappointed in their professionalism and would highly recommend finding another company if you need remedial work done.

Working with Joseph, John and Dylan was a great experience for me and my business. They came in and took care of a very difficult and long-standing problem, and within a relatively short time, cleaned up and cleaned out the problems caused in a flooded area. It is great to know we will not have to worry about this problem again, thanks to them.

ServPro responded to water damage at my house with a two-phase project. Demolition of damaged area was quick and efficient. Reconstruction was managed by John Duarte who was attentive and accessible. The workers were polite and friendly. They cleaned up after each day's work and were conscientious about protecting the work area. When the work was complete, John Duarte's inspection revealed an area that he felt was poor craftsmanship and should be done over - he had his workers on site the next day and corrected the problem.

ServPro helped me pull permits so my front porch could be remodeled. They did a great job. I was shocked as I did not have an emergency and they responded in less than 2 hrs. My Porch came out great and I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about the amazing service from the Servpro team of Leo and his crew this past Wednesday and Thursday. We had a sewerage backup in our cellar which required the removal and cleaning of 40+ years of furniture, woodworking benches, tool cabinets, metal shelving units, wooden, metal & plastic storage cabinets (and their contents), etc, in order for an asbestos removal company to come in and remove old tile flooring that was on the cement floor before Servpro could come back and disinfect and clean the cement cellar floor. Leo and his crew worked tirelessly for two straight days doing all this work, even staying really late, almost till dark, on Thursday to make sure all the space was empty and everything loaded into a storage POD so the other company could come early on Friday to do their work. I can’t stress enough how professional, courteous and thorough Leo was in explaining what he and his crew would be doing and how everything would get done. Leo was a calming force when I got stressed about all the work and he assured me that they would keep working and get everything done before they left on Thursday. Leo and his crew did an absolutely awesome job for us!!! They deserve 10 stars for their efficient work ethic, professionalism and courteous demeanors in the face of a very daunting clean out job!!!!!!! Leo and his crew deserve a giant bonus for all the hard work and the extra long hours they put in!!!!!! I would definitely recommend SERVPRO to anyone who has a sewerage backup or some other type of water damage, mold or cleanup problem that needs to be addressed. Very Highly Recommend!!!

Her service, along with her technicians/muscle (Jamaree and Noe) came to our rescue after a home flooding crisis. We feel fortunate to have had their service available to us.

Hi, I would like to share my experience with Service pro Salem/Marblehead/ Peabody. We had our plumbing backed up into two bathrooms. I was so impressed with their foreman or outside Super Billy! If this is not his title it should be! My landlord is 72 yrs old, and was a wreck! He was so kind with her, and explained everything to her so she understood! His knowledge of his job was incredible! He worked well with the plumbing contractor and his crew! He took care of the mess in no time! And still kept remnants and workers smiling through it all! He also saved us what could have been a disaster in the basement had he not been so skilled and good at his job! I can’t say enough of how happy we were with him and his crew! Servpro was very quick to respond to my grandmother, Iris Rogers and i ! they were extremely professional. Jackie and Jackie were both absolutely wonderful! If anything ever happens again I will be sure to call them immediately. They did an amazing job cleaning up the mess from the fire. Everything is completely spotless, and 100% better, then how it looked even before the fire. My basement was damaged by fire in late February. Servpro of Salem was called in to clean the damage. Soot and fire extinguisher foam covered everything and the smell was unbearable. Their first attempt to clean was unsatisfactory and resulted in an email to their corporate office. Both the regional manager and the production manager came out to assess the job and agreed that it was very poorly done. They assured me that they would make it right and they did! They sent Kristy, an expert in fire damage and she was incredible! She worked tirelessly and took it upon herself to oversee the other works to ensure that everything was done correctly. The supervisor on the job Gabby, rolled up her sleeves and helped in the process. It took much longer than we had originally anticipated, but the end result was fantastic and I can't thank them enough!

My house in Beverly Ma sustained basement flooding from heavy rains and snow melt onJanuary 10 th . I called Serv pro and they were quick to come out to my house and remediate the water problem . After a few days of drying out they came back and ripped out the carpet that was damaged from the water. I was very satisfied with the response, clean up and communication afforded to me during the whole process. Dan and Brian as well as the whole crew were extremely helpful as well as professional during the whole ordeal. I would highly recommend them if you are having any type of clean up from the weather or other issues .

Wish I could leave a zero star review, avoid this company at all cost!!! Quoted me one price range after a detailed inspection, I agreed to have them do the cleanup job, had to contact them over and over to get someone to actually show up to do the work and then come back several times to do things they missed, and then got an invoice for DOUBLE the original quote. At no time did they ever mention extra costs along the way and they now expect me to pay over $10k! They worked directly with my insurance company who agreed to a final price once the work was completed ($6k) which was also over the original quote range.. Not once was I able to contact my “project manager”. They continually promised to do things such as coordinating dumpster drop-off and removal and then never showed up or called me. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with.

Matt, Laurenzo and Germaine (I think) were terrific. They worked efficiently, professionally and friendly. Obviously my wife and I were stressed but the crew put our minds at ease with their approach. Couldn’t ask for more from them. Good job, good guys. Also, the project manager, Gabby, was superb explaining and assuring us everything would be taken care of. You are fortunate to have such good people working for you.
